នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣នេះ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដឹកនាំដោយលោក អ៊ឹម សុខរិទ្ធី ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា សហការជាមួយអង្គការ JASA នៃប្រទេសជប៉ុន ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ NAKAGAWA Takeshi បាននាំសិស្សានុសិស្សថ្នាក់ទី៤ នៃសាលាបឋមសិក្សានគរក្រៅ ស្ថិតក្នុងសង្កាត់នគរធំ ក្រុងសៀមរាប ចំនួន៣០នាក់ មកទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាស្វែងយល់និងហ្វឹកហាត់គូររូបប្រាសាទនិងចម្លាក់ នៅប្រាសាទបាយ័ន ក្នុងគោលបំណង បញ្រ្ជាបអំពីតម្លៃនៃមរតកវប្បធម៌ ដល់ក្មេងៗនៅកម្រិតបឋមសិក្សា ដែលមានឪពុកម្តាយ តាយាយ បម្រើការក្នុងការដ្ឋានអភិរក្សនិងជួសជុលនៅក្នុងស្ថាប័នJASA និងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។
លោក អ៊ឹម សុខរិទ្ធី ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា មានរយៈពេលជិត៣០ឆ្នាំមកហើយ ដែលស្ថាប័នJASAនៃប្រទេសជប៉ុន បានចូលរួមជួយការងារជួសជុលអភិក្សនៅក្នុងប្រាសាទបាយ័ន។ លោកថា គម្រោងរបស់អង្គការJASAមួយនេះ ក្រៅពីការងារជួសជុលប្រាង្គប្រាសាទ ក៏បានយកចិត្តទុកដាក់គិតគូរទៅលើការរស់នៅ របស់សហគមន៍ ជាពិសេសការបង្ហាញទៅកាន់មនុស្សជំនាន់ក្រោយ ឱ្យបានយល់ដឹងអំពីតម្លៃបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌អង្គរ។ លោកបានបន្តថា ដោយមើលឃើញអំពីគោលដៅរួមគ្នា ក្នុងពេលកន្លងមកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងអង្គការJASA បានរួមសហការគ្នា ផ្តល់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជារឿយៗដើម្បីបង្ហាញដល់កុមារ ដែលរស់នៅក្នុងតំបន់បេតិកភណ្ឌ អំពីការបន្តកេមរតក ក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រង និងបន្តថែរក្សាបេតិកភណ្ឌអង្គរ ស្របនិងកម្មវិធីអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌ ដែលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាកំពុងអនុវត្តក្នុងពេលសព្វថ្ងៃនេះ។
លោកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ NAKAGAWA Takeshi បានលើកឡើងថា អង្គការ JASA នៃប្រទេសជប៉ុន រៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលានេះឡើង គឺក្នុងគោលបំណងឱ្យយុវជនជំនាន់ក្រោយបានជ្រាបច្បាស់អ្វីដែលជារបស់ដូនតាខ្មែរបានបន្សល់ទុក និងចេះស្រលាញ់ប្រាសាទបុរាណ។ លោកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ បានបន្តថា ចំពោះការងារនេះលោកនិងខិតខំបន្ថែមទៀតក្នុងការសហការជាមួយអ្នកជំនាញមុនៗបន្ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីយកចំណេះទាំងនេះមកបង្ហាត់បង្រៀនយុវជនជំនាន់ក្រោយៗបន្តទៀត៕

On 15 December 2023, APSARA National Authority led by Mr. Im Sokrithy, Director of the Department of Research, Training and Communication of APSARA National Authority in collaboration with JASA of Japan, led by Professor NAKAGAWA Takeshi, brought 30 4th-grade students of Nokor Krao primary school in Sangkat Nokor Thom, Siem Reap City to visit, study and practice painting at the Bayon Temple to introduce the value of cultural heritage to children at the primary level whose parents and grandparents work in conservation sites for JASA and APSARA National Authority.
Mr. Im Sokrithy, Mr. Im Sokrithy, Director of the Department of Research, Training, and Communication, said that for almost 30 years, the JASA of Japan has been involved in the restoration work at the Bayon Temple. He added that the JASA project, in addition to repairing the temple, also pays attention to the life of the community, especially to show the next generation to understand the value of Angkor cultural heritage. He said that seeing the common goal in the past, APSARA National Authority and JASA have cooperated to provide frequent training to show children living in heritage areas about the management and conservation of the Angkor Heritage in line with the heritage education program that the APSARA National Authority is implementing today.
Professor NAKAGAWA Takeshi said that JASA of Japan organized this workshop to make the younger generation aware of what the Khmer ancestors left behind and love the ancient temples. He added that for this work, he will make more efforts to cooperate with previous experts to bring this knowledge to train the next generations.
