នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានរៀបចំពិធីបួងសួងសុំសេចក្ដីសុខ និងរាប់បាត្រព្រះសង្ឃ១៣១អង្គ បើកព្រឹត្តិការណ៍រំលឹកគុណអង្គរឆ្នាំទី៣។

មានវត្តមានក្នុងពិធីខាងលើនេះរួមមាន សម្ដេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ពេជ ចន្ទមុន្នី ហ៊ុនម៉ាណែត លោកជំទាវ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា អភិបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប ព្រះសង្ឃ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្រ្តីរាជការ និងបុគ្គលិកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា​ជាច្រើនរយនាក់។

លោកជំទាវ ភឿង សកុណា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍រំលឹកគុណអង្គរធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង​ពីរសំខាន់ៗ ពោលគឺដើម្បីអបអរសាទរខួប៣១ឆ្នាំនៃការចុះរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរទៅក្នុងបញ្ជី​សម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក នាថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៩២ ក៏ដូចជារំលឹកនឹកគុណដល់បុព្វការីជន ព្រះមហាក្សត្រជំនាន់មុនគ្រប់ព្រះអង្គ ដែលបានកសាងប្រាង្គប្រាសាទនានា បន្សល់ទុកនូវសម្បត្តិ បេតិកភណ្ឌសិល្បៈ និងវប្បធម៌ជាច្រើន បម្រើនូវគុណប្រយោជន៍ផ្នែកសង្គម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជូនអ្នកជំនាន់នេះ និងទៅអនាគត។ ពិធីនេះក៏ឧទ្ទិសផងដែរចំពោះបុព្វបុរសខ្មែរ ឥស្សរជនខ្មែរគ្រប់ជំនាន់ អ្នកជំនាញការជាតិ អន្ដរជាតិ ដែលបានលះបង់កម្លាំងកាយកម្លាំងចិត្ត រហូតដល់អាយុជីវិតដើម្បីរក្សាការពារ និងអភិរក្សមរតកវប្បធម៌ជាតិយើង។

នាឱកាសនោះដែរ លោកជំទាវ ពេជ ចន្ទមុន្នី ហ៊ុនម៉ាណែត ក៏បានរំលេចនូវគុណូបការៈរបស់បុព្វបុរសសម័យដើម ដែលបានកសាងនូវប្រាង្គប្រាសាទ កសាងប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តជាដើម ស្របតាមពាក្យស្លោកខ្មែរដែលតែងពោលថា ផឹកទឹកឱ្យនឹកដល់ប្រភព។ លោកជំទាវបន្ថែមថា ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍រំលឹកគុណអង្គរនេះ គឺជាការបង្ហាញនូវមោទនភាពជាតិ អរិយធម៌ វប្បធម៌ និងប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តដ៏សែនយូរលង់ របស់ជាតិសាសនាខ្មែរ​ដ៏ចំណាស់មួយ។ ពិធីនេះបានរួមចំណែកដល់ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយបន្ថែម​នូវសក្កានុពលវប្បធម៌​ និងទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា​ ដែលអ្នកទេសចរអាចបន្តមើលឃើញសក្ខីកម្ម ស្នាដៃដ៏អស្ចារ្យរបស់បុព្វបុរសខ្មែរប្រកបដោយទេពកោសល្យខ្ពស់៕

APSARA National Authority organizes a religious ceremony for the opening ceremony of the 3rd Thanks Angkor Event

On 07 December 2023, the APSARA National Authority organized a prayer ceremony for peace and a food offering to 131 monks for the opening ceremony of the 3rd Thanks Angkor Event

Present at the ceremony are H.E. Dr. Men Sam An, Personal Adviser to the King, Lok Chumteav Dr. Pech Chanmony Hun Manet, H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the Administrative Board of APSARA National Authority, Governor of Siem Reap, monks, civil servants, and staff of APSARA National Authority.

H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona said that the Thanks Angkor Event was held for two main purposes: to celebrate the 31st anniversary of the inscription of Angkor on the World Heritage List on 14 December 1992, as well as to Remember the ancestors of all the previous kings who built the temples, leaving a lot of heritage, art, and culture to serve the social and economic benefits of this generation and the future. The ceremony is also dedicated to Cambodian ancestors, Cambodian dignitaries of all generations, and national and international experts who have sacrificed their physical and mental strength for life to protect and preserve our national cultural heritage.

On that occasion, Lok Chumteav Dr. Pech Chanmony Hun Manet also highlighted the merits of the ancient ancestors who built temples, built history, etc. following the Khmer slogan that always says to drink water to remember the source. She added that the Thanks Angkor Event is an expression of national pride, civilization, culture, and the long history of an ancient Khmer nation. The event contributes to further disseminating Cambodia’s cultural and tourism potential, where visitors can continue to see the amazing testimonies of highly talented Cambodian ancestors.
