ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ពិធីរំលឹកគុណអង្គរ នឹងរៀបចំឡើងរយៈពេល១០ថ្ងៃ ដោយចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី០៧ ដល់ទី១៦ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ដែលមានប្រារព្ធកម្មវិធីសាសនា ស្ដង់ពិព័រណ៌ និងការសម្ដែងសិល្បៈបុរាណនៅពេលរាត្រី។
ពិធីនឹងចាប់ផ្តើមបើកជាផ្លូវការ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ដោយមានពិធីបួងសួងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍រំលឹកគុណអង្គរ នៅបរិវេណមុខប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ពេជ ចន្ទមុន្នី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំខេត្តសៀមរាប ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា តំណាងអង្គការដៃគូរ មន្រ្តីរាជការគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិនិងភ្ញៀវអន្តរជាតិ។ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃនោះដែរបន្ទាប់ពីកម្មវិធីបួងសួង ក៏មានពិធីរាប់បាតព្រះសង្ឃផងដែរ។
ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល បានឱ្យដឹងទៀតថា នៅថ្ងៃបន្តបន្ទាប់ក៏មាននូវទស្សនីយភាពជាច្រើនដូចជា៖ កម្មវិធីបែបសាសនាសំខាន់ៗ ការតាំងពិព័រណ៌បង្ហាញសមិទ្ធផលការងាររយ:ពេល៣១ឆ្នាំកន្លងមករបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ស្នាដៃសិល្បៈជាច្រើនដែលបានចុះក្នុងបញ្ជីបេតិកភណ្ឌអរូបីនៃអង្គការយូណេស្កូ និងក្បួនព្យុះហយាត្រារបស់សិស្សានុសិស្សចំនួនជាង១,២៥០នាក់ ក្រោមពាក្យស្លោកអរគុណអង្គរ និងអរគុណសន្តិភាព ការសម្តែងសិល្បៈល្ខោនយីកេ ការសម្តែងសិល្បៈល្ខោនស្រមោលល្បែកធំជាដើម។ រាល់កម្មវិធីសាសនា សិល្បៈទស្សនីយភាពទាំងអស់ នឹងបើកជាសាធារណៈចូលទស្សនាដោយពុំមានបង់ប្រាក់នោះទេ។ អាស្រ័យដូចនេះ សូមបងប្អូនសាធារណជនអញ្ជើញចូលរួមឲ្យបានច្រើនកុះករ។
សូមជម្រាបដែរថា នេះជាឆ្នាំទីបីហើយ ដែលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានរៀបព្រឹតិ្តការណ៍រំលឹកគុណអង្គរនេះ។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះ រៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីរំលឹកគុណ អង្គព្រះមហាក្សត្រគ្រប់ព្រះអង្គ និងបុព្វការីជនដែលលោកបានកសាង និងថែរក្សាប្រាសាទទាំងអស់នៅក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ដោយបានផ្តល់អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ជាច្រើនដល់ជាតិមាតុភូមិតាំងពីដើមរហូតដល់សព្វថ្ងៃ៕

H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General of APSARA National Authority, said that the Thanks Angkor Event will be held for 10 days from 7th to 16th December 2023.
The ceremony will officially open on the morning of 7th December 2023, with a religious prayer ceremony held in front of Angkor Wat, which will be presided over by Lok Chumteav Dr. Pech Chanmony Hun Manet, H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the Administrative Board of APSARA National Authority, Heads of Siem Reap province, Heads of the APSARA National Authority, Representatives of partner organizations, Government officials at all levels, national and international tourists.
H.E. Mr. Long Kosal said that in the following days, many spectacles such as important religious programs, exhibitions of the achievements of the past 31 years of the APSARA National Authority, and many works of art, which were inscribed on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Lists. There will be a parade of more than 1,250 students under the slogans “Thanks Angkor” and “Thanks Peace”. All the spectacle programs will be open to the public free of charge. In this regard, APSARA National Authority would like to invite the public to participate in this event.
It should be noted that this is the third year that the APSARA National Authority has organized this Thanks Angkor Event. This event is organized to commemorate all the kings and ancestors who built and maintained all the temples in the Angkor site, providing many benefits to the motherland from the beginning to the present.
