នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣នេះ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាសហការជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុនមេនូឡាយហ៍្វ ខេមបូឌា រួមគ្នាដាំស្មៅ និងដើមឈើបន្ថែមនៅបរិវេណជ្រុងពាយ័ព្យ នៃកសិន្ធុអង្គរ ដើម្បីអភិរក្សរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរដែលជាសម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោកឱ្យកាន់តែមានទេសភាពស្រស់បំព្រងគ្រប់រដូវកាល។
អញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងឱកាសនោះមាន ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករង តំណាងឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា លោកស្រី កាន់ ណារ៉ា នាយិកាគ្រប់គ្រងនាយកដ្ឋានអតិថិជន និងទីផ្សារ ខេមបូឌា បុគ្គលិក និងទីប្រឹក្សារបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនមេនូឡាយហ៍្វ លោកប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន អនុប្រធាន ព្រមទាំងមន្ត្រី បុគ្គលិកនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាជាច្រើនរូបទៀត។
លោកស្រី កាន់ ណារ៉ា នាយិកាគ្រប់គ្រងនាយកដ្ឋានអតិថិជន និងទីផ្សារ នៃក្រុមហ៊ុនមេនូឡាយហ៍្វ ខេមបូឌា បានលើកឡើងថា មេនូឡាយហ៍្វជាក្រុមហ៊ុនធានារ៉ាប់រងអាយុជីវិតដំបូងគេនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលមានបេសកម្មក្នុងការកសាងអនាគតហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដ៏រឹងមាំ និងកាន់តែប្រសើរជូនប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ លោកស្រីថា ការគាំទ្រ និងចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងយុទ្ធនាការដាំដើមឈើ និងស្មៅជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរានាពេលនេះ បានដើរស្របគ្នានិងគោលដៅរយៈពេលវែងរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនក្នុងការជួយដល់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ ជាពិសេសក្នុងយុទ្ធនាការដាំស្មៅ និងដើមឈើនេះ បានចូលរួមចំណែកបង្កើនគម្របបៃតង ក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។ ព្រោះថា ដើមឈើ និងស្មៅជាទ្រនាបដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការទប់ទល់ការបម្រែបម្រួលអាកាសធាតុ និងកាត់បន្ថយភាពសឹករិករឹលនៃប្រាង្គប្រាសាទបុរាណរបស់យើង។
ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយរងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ក្នុងឱកាសនោះថា ការងារថែរក្សាសម្បត្តិមរតកវប្បធម៌របស់ជាតិ គឺជាតួនាទីរបស់កូនខ្មែរគ្រប់ៗរូប។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ជាគោលនយោបាយ របស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ការងារថែរក្សា ពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកបន្ថែមនូវគម្របព្រៃឈើ នៅក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ និងក្នុងទូទាំងប្រទេសទាំងមូល ក៏ជាការចូលរួមរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាផងដែរ។ ឯកឧត្តបន្តថា ក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំៗ តាមរយៈនាយកដ្ឋានជំនាញបានបណ្តុះកូនឈើរាប់ម៉ឺនដើម ដើម្បីដាំដុះក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ និងចែកចាញបន្តទៅកាន់ស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ និងឯកជននានាយកទៅដាំដុះបន្តធ្វើយ៉ាងណាបង្កើនគម្របព្រៃឈើនៅកម្ពុជា។ ឯកឧត្តម អគ្គនាយរងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និងស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅចំពោះវត្តមានក្រុមហ៊ុនមេនូឡាយហ៍្វ ខេមបូឌា ដែលចូលរួមសហការដាំស្មៅ និងដើមឈើនៅក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ។
សូមជម្រាបផងថា ក្រោយពេលប្រជាជនមួយចំនួនបានស្ម័គ្រចិត្តផ្លាស់ប្តូរទីលំនៅចេញពីតំបន់អង្គរទៅកាន់ទីកន្លែងថ្មី ដែលរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបានគាំទ្រ និងផ្តល់ជូន។ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានចាប់ផ្តើមយុទ្ធនាការដាំដើមឈើ និងស្មៅនៅលើទីតាំងដីទំនេរ ដោយបានគៀរគស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងវិស័យឯកជនដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងយុទ្ធនាការនេះ៕

On 03 August 2023, APSARA National Authority, in collaboration with Manulife Cambodia PLC, jointly plants additional grass and trees in the northwest corner of Angkor Wat’s moat to preserve the Angkor World Heritage Site more beautiful in all seasons.
This event is presided over by H.E. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General, representative of H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of APSARA National Authority, Mrs. Nara Kann, Chief Client and Marketing Office of Manulife Cambodia, and staff from both parties.
Mrs. Nara Kann stated that Manulife is the first life insurance company in Cambodia with a mission to build a stronger and better financial future for the people of Cambodia. She said that supporting and contributing to the tree and grass planting campaign with the APSARA National Authority now goes hand in hand with the company’s long-term goal of helping the Cambodian people. Especially in the campaign to plant grass and trees, this has contributed to increasing green cover in the Angkor area. Because trees and grass are important sources of resistance to climate change and reduce the erosion of our ancient temples.
H.E. Long Kosal said on that occasion that the work of preserving the nation’s cultural heritage is the role of every Cambodian. At the same time, it is the policy of the APSARA National Authority to maintain, strengthen and expand the forest cover in the Angkor area and throughout the country as well as the participation of the APSARA National Authority. He added that each year, through the specialized department, thousands of saplings are planted in the Angkor area and distributed to public and private institutions to continue planting to increase forest cover in Cambodia.
H.E. Long Kosal thanked and warmly welcomed the presence of Manulife Cambodia PLC for planting grass and trees at the Angkor site.
It should be noted that some people volunteered to move from Angkor to a new place that the Royal Government supported and provided, so the APSARA National Authority has started a campaign to plant trees and grass on vacant land, in collaboration with relevant institutions and private sector to participate in this campaign.
