នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង ប្រាសាទ ទៅដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំតាមប្រាសាទនានាសម្រាប់ភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍ និងភ្នាក់ងារសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់ សរុបប្រមាណ៧០នាក់។

ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលដែលធ្វើឡើងនៅនាយកដ្ឋានសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់ ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានណែនាំដល់ក្រុមការងារគោលដៅទាំងអស់ ត្រូវបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារ និងគោរពតាមក្រមវិន័យការងាររបស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំដែលបានដាក់ជូន។ ឯកឧត្តមបន្ថែមថា ភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍ និងភ្នាក់ងារសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់នៅតាមគោលដៅប្រាសាទ សុទ្ធសឹង មានចំណែក ដើម្បីជួយអភិរក្ស និងការពារប្រាសាទដែលជាមរតកដ៏មានតម្លៃរបស់ជាតិ។ ដូច្នេះ ក្នុងកាតព្វកិច្ច ដែលខ្លួនកំពុងបំពេញ ចាំបាច់ត្រូវអនុវត្តន៍ឱ្យបានខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួន និងរក្សាបាននូវសេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្នូរ ជាដរាប។

ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល បន្តថា មន្រ្តី និងបុគ្គលិកដែលបានចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនៅពេលនេះ នឹងរៀនសូត្រពីកិច្ចការអភិរក្ស ការគ្រប់គ្រងទឹក និងព្រៃឈើ ស្វែងយល់ពីផែនទីហានិភ័យនៅតាមប្រាសាទនីមួយៗ ជាដើម ដែលចំណុចទាំងអស់នេះ គឺក្រុមការងារខាងលើមានតួនាទីសម្របសម្រួលជាមួយផ្នែកជំនាញ ដទៃទៀតដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា ក៏ដូចជាបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងការរៀបចំ លើកកម្ពស់គុណភាព សេវាទេសចរណ៍ឱ្យកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ។

សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះធ្វើឡើងរយៈពេលពីរថ្ងៃ គឺថ្ងៃទី៦-៧ មិថុនា នៅនាយកដ្ឋាន សណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់៕

APSARA National Authority organizes a training on Site Managers

On the morning of 06 June 2023, APSARA National Authority organizes the training on Site Managers for 70 team leaders of tourism and public order agents.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course held at the Department of Public Order, H.E. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General of APSARA National Authority, instructed all target teams to increase work efficiency and comply with the code of conduct submitted by the head of APSARA. He added that tourism and public order agents in the target of the temple have a part to play in helping to preserve and protect the temple, which is a valuable national heritage. Therefore, in the duties that it is fulfilling, it is necessary to perform consistently and maintain dignity at all times.

H.E Long Kosal continued that the officers and staff who attended the training now will learn about conservation, water and forest management, understand the risk map in each temple, etc. All of these points are responsible for coordinating with other skills to solve problems as well as increase efficiency in organizing and improving the quality of tourism services.

It should be noted that this training course is held for two days, 6-7 June at the Department of Public Order.
