នៅថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣នេះ ម្ចាស់គណនីFacebook ឈ្មោះ នីសា ឈ្មោះពិត ផន នីសា អាយុ៣៨ឆ្នាំ កាន់អត្តសញ្ញាណប័ណ្ណលេខ ១៨០៦៩១៣៥០ រស់នៅភូមិព្រះដាក់ ឃុំព្រះដាក់ ស្រុកបន្ទាយស្រី ខេត្តសៀមរាប បានចេញលិខិតសុំទោសជាសាធារណៈមកកាន់ស្ថាប័នអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដោយសារកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ បានបង្ហោះតាមរយៈបណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនងសង្គម Facebook ដែលផ្ទុយពីការពិតធ្វើឱ្យប៉ះពាល់ដល់សេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ ភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ និងកិត្តិយសរបស់ស្ថាប័នអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងមន្ត្រីរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។

Facebook account named Nisa issues a public apology letter to APSARA National Authority
On 31 May 2023, the owner of the Facebook account named Nisa, real name is Phorn Nisa, 38 years old, holding ID card 180691350, living in Preah Dak village, Preah Dak commune, Banteay Srei district, Siem Reap province, issued a public apology letter to APSARA National Authority. On 29 May 2023, posted on her Facebook account, which is contrary to the truth, undermining the dignity, accuracy, and honor of the APSARA National Authority and the officials of the APSARA National Authority.
The owner of the Facebook account also requested the public who shared the post on his social media to delete the content that contradicts this fact.
