ក្រុមការងាររបស់នាយកដ្ឋានអភិរក្សប្រាសាទ និងបុរាណវិទ្យា នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា កំពុងមមាញឹកអូសថ្មភក់ឡើងទៅលើរួតបាកាននៃប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត ដើម្បីជួសជុលនិងពង្រឹងឡើងវិញនៅតាមកន្លែងថ្មដែលញែកចេញពីគ្នា និងបាត់បង់ថ្មឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងវិញ ចាប់តាំងពីដើមខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣មក។ ដោយសារតែទីតាំងក្នុងបរិវេណប្រាសាទ មានទីធ្លាតូចចង្អៀតមិនអំណោយផលក្នុងការប្រើឧបករណ៍ទំនើបដូចជា ឡានស្ទួចសម្រាប់លើកថ្មធំៗបាន និងដើម្បីការពារកុំឱ្យប៉ះពាល់ដល់ប្រាសាទក្នុងកំឡុងពេលដឹកជញ្ជូនថ្មផង ក្រុមការងារបានរៀបចំរន្ទាធ្វើជាស្ពានសម្រាប់អូសថ្ម ចាប់ពីចំណុចកណ្តាលនៃថែវកូរសមុទ្រទឹកដោះ ដោយប្រើរទេះអូស។ ផុតពីដំណាក់កាលនេះ ក្រុមការងារត្រូវប្រើកៅឡាក់ស្ទួចយកថ្មទៅជាន់ទី២នៃប្រាសាទបន្តទៀត និងអូសដោយរទេះម្តងមួយដុំៗទៅកាន់ការដ្ឋានជួសជុលដែលត្រូវប្រើកម្លាំងមនុស្សសុទ្ធសាធ។
សកម្មភាពនេះ បានធ្វើឱ្យក្រុមការងារមានអារម្មណ៍ថា ពួកគេហាក់ដូចជាបានវិលត្រឡប់ទៅកាន់សម័យកាល ដែលកំពុងសាងសង់ប្រាសាទ ហើយគេគិតថា ខ្លួនឯងកាលពីជាតិមុនអាចជាអ្នកសាងសង់ប្រាសាទផងក៏មិនដឹង។បើទោះបីជាការអូសទាញថ្មមានការលំបាកយ៉ាងណា ក្រុមការងារជួសជុលនៅតែមានមោទនភាព ដោយសារតែពួកគេបានចូលរួមការងារដ៏មានតម្លៃមួយនេះ និងរឹតតែជំរុញទឹកចិត្តពួកគាត់មានទឹកចិត្តតស៊ូ ជំនៈនូវឧបសគ្គផ្សេងៗ ព្រមទាំងសាមគ្គីគ្នាជាកម្លាំងតែមួយក្នុងការអូសថ្មដែលមានទម្ងន់ធ្ងន់ៗឱ្យបានដល់គោលដៅ។
លោក ម៉ៅ ឡាន ក្រុមការងារអូសថ្មម្នាក់មានប្រសាសន៍ថា កន្លងមកមិនមានការដ្ឋានការងារណាមានឧបសគ្គច្រើន ត្រូវប្រើកម្លាំងមនុស្សអូសទាញដុំថ្មធំៗ ច្រើនដំណាក់កាលដូចនៅប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្តនោះទេ។ លោកមានប្រសាសន៍បន្តទៀតថា រូបលោកគឺជាអ្នកដែលមានវ័យចំណាស់ជាងគេនៅក្នុងក្រុម ដែលមានតួនាទីអូសថ្ម។ បើទោះបីជាយ៉ាងណា ក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកមានបទពិសោធន៍លើការងារជួសជុលប្រាសាទជាច្រើនឆ្នាំមកហើយ លោកតែងតែផ្តល់យោបល់ដល់ក្មេងៗជំនាន់ក្រោយជានិច្ច។ លោក ម៉ៅ ឡាន ឱ្យដឹងទៀតថា ការអូសថ្ម១ដុំៗយកទៅជួសជុលប្រាសាទបាន គឺត្រូវរៀបរន្ទាដោយប្រើដែក និងឈើធ្វើជាស្ពានជាមុន ដើម្បីការពារកុំឱ្យប៉ះពាល់ដល់ថ្មប្រាសាទ។ ចំណែកការងារទៀតសោតក៏ត្រូវមានភាពអត់ធ្មត់ និងធ្វើដោយក្តីស្រលាញ់ ពីព្រោះប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្តគឺជាដួងព្រលឹងរបស់ខ្មែរ តាំងពីបុរាណកាលដែលមិនអាចកាត់ថ្លៃបាន។
លោក ស៊ុ ស៊ីន គឺជាយុវជនម្នាក់ទៀតនៅក្នុងក្រុមការងារអូសថ្ម ដែលមានវ័យក្មេងជាងគេបានយល់ឃើញថា កាលពីជាតិមុន រូបលោកប្រហែលជាអ្នកកសាងប្រាសាទក៏មិនដឹង ទើបធ្វើឱ្យពេលនេះ មានចិត្តស្រលាញ់ប្រាសាទបុរាណ ហើយបច្ចុប្បន្ន រូបលោកក៏ពេញរួមចំណែកក្នុងការងារនេះដែរ។ យុវជន ស៊ុ ស៊ីន យល់ថា ការងារជួសជុលប្រាសាទបុរាណដោយប្រើកម្លាំងមនុស្សសុទ្ធនេះ អាចសម្រេចទៅបានដោយសារតែកម្លាំងសាមគ្គីគ្នា។
ជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃក្រុមការងាររបស់គាត់ពេញចិត្តនិងធ្វើការងារអូសទាញថ្មធំៗឡើងទៅជួសជុលប្រាសាទបុរាណនេះយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ដោយមិនមានសម្ពាធ និងមិនសូវហត់នឿយទេ គឺបែរជាសប្បាយទៅវិញ នៅពេលដែលបានធ្វើការងារជួយថែរក្សា និងការពារស្នាដៃរបស់ដូនតា សម្រាប់ បន្សល់ទុកឱ្យក្មេងៗជំនាន់ក្រោយបានឃើញយូរអង្វែងតទៅមុខទៀតនោះ៕

A restoration team to repair the Angkor Wat’s Bakan Tower felt like they were in the era of temple construction
The restoration team from the Department of Conservation of Monuments and Preventive Archaeology of the APSARA National Authority is busy hauling sandstone up to Angkor Wat’s Bakan Tower to repair and consolidate the platform since the beginning of May 2023. Due to the small space inside the temple, it is not conducive to the use of modern equipment such as cranes for lifting large stones to prevent damage to the temple during the transport of stones, the team has prepared a scaffolding as a bridge and drag the stones using a drag cart. After this stage, the team has to use a crane to take the stone to the second floor of the temple and drag it by cart one by one to the repair site, which requires only manpower.
This action made the team feel like they were going back to the time when the temple was being built, and they thought they were the ones who built the temple in the past, although they did not know it. No matter how difficult it is, the restoration team is still proud because they have participated in this valuable work, and they are motivated to overcome various obstacles and unite as one force in hauling the heavy stones to reach the target.
Mao Lan, a stone-pulling team member, said that no construction site had many obstacles in the past, using human force to pull large stones in several stages like in Angkor Wat. He added that he was the oldest person in the group to play the role of stone-pulling member. However, as a veteran of many years of temple restoration work, he always advises the younger generation. Mr. Mao Lan said that to drag a large stone to repair the temple, it is necessary to prepare the scaffolding using iron and wood as a bridge in advance to prevent damage to the temple stone. The work also requires patience and love, because Angkor Wat has been the soul of Cambodia since ancient times, which is priceless.
Mr. Su Sin, another young man in the team, said that in his past life, he maybe was a builder of the temple, so now he loves the ancient temple, and now he also fully contributes to this work. Su Sin believes that the work of repairing the ancient temple using manpower can be achieved due to the united forces.
Every day, his team enjoys working and pulling large stones to repair this ancient temple without much pressure and is happy when working to help maintain and protect the ancestors’ work for the next generations.
