ភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍មានតួនាទីសំខាន់ផ្តល់នូវសន្តិសុខ សុវត្ថិភាព ដល់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរគ្រប់ជាតិសាសន៍ដែលមកទស្សនាក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ

ភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាមិនត្រឹមតែមានតួនាទីក្នុងការណែនាំទិសដៅទស្សនា និង រក្សាសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់របៀបរៀបរយក្នុងប្រាសាទជូនដល់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ។ តែថែមទាំងបានជួយដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាផ្សេងៗ ដែលកើតឡើងជាយថាហេតុក្នុងពេលភ្ញៀវទេសចរកំពុងដើរទស្សនានៅតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរដែរ។ ជាក់ស្តែង បានជួយសង្គ្រោះភ្ញៀវទេសចរមានគ្រោះថ្នាក់ទាន់ពេលវេលា និងរក្សាទុកសម្ភារដែលភ្ញៀវជ្រុះឬភ្លេចដើម្បីប្រគល់ជូនម្ចាស់វិញជាដើម។

លោក ឡេក គិមលីន ប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រងភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍នៅប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត លើកឡើងថា កន្លងមកមានករណីភ្ញៀវរអិលជំពប់ជើងបណ្តាលឱ្យដួល គ្រេច ថ្លោះដៃជើង ងងឹតមុខ ចុកពោះ ក្បាលប៉ះជាមួយថ្មជាដើម។ ចំពោះករណីស្រាល ភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា សហការជាមួយភ្នាក់ងារសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ នគរបាលទេសចរណ៍ និងនគរបាលការពារបេតិកភណ្ឌជួយសង្គ្រោះទាន់ពេលវេលានៅនឹងកន្លែង។ ចំពោះករណីធ្ងន់វិញ ត្រូវសង្រ្គោះបឋមដោយធ្វើ CPR ដោយក្រុមការងារសុទ្ធតែឆ្លងកាត់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញផ្នែកសង្គ្រោះបឋម និងបញ្ជូនបន្តទៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យភ្លាមៗ។ ដោយឡែក ករណីភ្ញៀវទេសចរជ្រុះឬភ្លេចសម្ភារ  ក៏ភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍ សហការជាមួយគ្រប់ផ្នែកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ប្រគល់ជូនម្ចាស់ដើមវិញ។

Tourism agents play an important role in providing security for tourists of all nationalities visiting Angkor.

Tourism agents of APSARA National Authority are not only responsible for guiding tourists and maintaining order at the temple area to tourists. But also help solve various problems that occur eventually while tourists are visiting the Angkor site. Apparently, rescued tourists in time and keep items that tourists fall or forget to return to the owner and so on.

Mr. Lek Kimlin, Team leader of Tourism agent at Angkor Wat, said that in the past, there have been cases of tourists slipping and tripping, causing them to fall, sprain their limbs, dizzy, stomach ache, and so on. In mild cases, the tourism agents of APSARA National Authority cooperates with the police, tourism police and heritage protection police to provide timely rescue on the spot. In severe cases, first aid should be given for CPR by the team who goes through first aid training and is immediately sent to the hospital. In case of tourists dropping or forgetting the equipment, the tourism agents cooperates with all relevant parties to return it to the original owner.

These activities are always appreciated by national and international tourists.
