នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅសាលសន្និសីទអង្គរនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្ទៃក្នុងស្តីពី ដំណើរការអនុវត្តប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថានដើម្បីតំបន់អង្គរ ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងណែនាំការប្រើប្រាស់សៀវភៅប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថានអង្គរ ស្វែងយល់ និងចូលរួមការពារបរិស្ថានក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ ដល់មន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិករបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ចំនួន៦២នាក់ មកពីនាយកដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងទឹក ព្រៃឈើ និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ពន្ធ នាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍ និងវប្បធម៌ និងនាយកដ្ឋានសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតី ឯកឧត្តម សុខ លក្ខិណា អ្នកតំណាងគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថាន និងតំណាងឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។
ឯកឧត្តម សុខ លក្ខិណា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ជាធម្មតាអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាធ្វើសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី ដំណើរការអនុវត្តប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថានដើម្បីតំបន់អង្គរ ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំ៤ដង សំខាន់សំដៅមុនដំបូងសម្រាប់មន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិក ភ្នាក់ងារចូលចម្រើការងារថ្មី ដើម្បីឱ្យយល់ដឹងពីបញ្ហាបរិស្ថាននៅក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។ ឯកឧត្តមបន្តថា អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាចុះហត្ថលេខាជាមួយស្ថាប័ន Japan Quality Assurance (JQA) តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០០៥ គិតមកដល់ឆ្នាំ២០២២ រយៈពេល១៦ឆ្នាំហើយ។ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ទទួលបានវិញ្ញាបនបត្រចំនួន៥ ដែលវិញ្ញាបនបត្រមួយមានសុពលភាពរយៈពេល៣ឆ្នាំ។ ដោយឡែកវិញ្ញាបនបត្រទី៦ កំពុងរងចាំលទ្ធផលជាក់ស្តែងនៅចុងខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ខាងមុខ ដែលស្ថាប័ន JQA នឹងចុះមកធ្វើសវនកម្មដើម្បីពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តវាយតម្លៃជាក់ស្តែង នូវអ្វីដែលស្ថាប័ននេះបានកំណត់។ ដូច្នេះ សិក្ខាសាលានេះ នឹងបានផ្តល់ជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់សិក្ខាកាមគ្រប់រូបយកទៅអនុវត្តការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់ខ្លួនបានត្រឹមត្រូវតាមស្តង់ដារ ដើម្បីតម្លៃរមណីយដ្ឋានយើងទាំងអស់គ្នា។
លោក ប្រាំង ឡែន សិក្ខាកាមមកពីនាយកដ្ឋានសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ បានឱ្យដឹងថា សិក្ខាសាលានេះបានផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងច្រើនទាក់ទងនឹងបរិស្ថាន និងការគ្រប់គ្រងប្រព័ន្ធធារាសាស្រ្តនៅក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ។ អ្វីដែលវាគ្មិនអ្នកជំនាញបានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ ឃើញថាសមស្របដែលត្រូវស្វែងយល់ ហើយចំណេះដឹងដែលទទួលបាន នឹងយកទៅអនុវត្តលើការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃដើម្បីឱ្យបានកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរថែមទៀត។ លោក ប្រាំង ឡែន បញ្ជាក់ថា បរិស្ថាននៅក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរពិតជាសំខាន់ណាស់ ជាផ្នែកមួយលើកតម្លៃ បង្កើនសោភ័ណភាពរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរមកទស្សនាម្តងហើយម្តងទៀតមិនជិនណាយ។
លោក ភឿង សុភាន់ ភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍ប្រចាំការប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត មកពីនាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍ និងវប្បធម៌ បានលើកឡើងថា សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានសារៈសំខាន់ក្នុងការប្រព្រឹត្តិឥរិយាបថរស់នៅប្រចាំថ្ងៃ ក្នុងសហគមន៍ និងការងារ។ ការគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថានត្រូវចាប់ផ្តើមពីខ្លួនយើង រួមគ្នាសម្អាត ជៀសវាងមានបរិស្ថានមិនល្អ ប៉ះពាល់ដល់តម្លៃប្រាសាទ និងអារម្មណ៍ភ្ញៀវទេសចរផង។ លោក សុភាន់ ក៏នឹងយកចំណេះដឹងដែលទទួលបានថ្ងៃនេះទៅចែករំលែកដល់ក្រុមការងារ សហគមន៍ និងភ្ញៀវទេសចរ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់បរិស្ថានក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរបានកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរទ្វេឡើង។

On 15 February 2023, at the Angkor Conference Hall of APSARA National Authority, an internal workshop is held on the implementation of the Angkor Environmental Management System to disseminate and introduce the use of the Angkor Environmental Management System book to understand and participate in protecting the environment in the Angkor site to 62 officials from the Department of Water, Forestry and Infrastructure Management, the Department of Tourism Development and Culture, and the Department of Public Order of APSARA National Authority. This workshop is presided over by H.E. Sok Leakena, Representative of H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of the APSARA National Authority.
H.E. Sok Leakena said that APSARA National Authority usually holds a workshop on the implementation of the Angkor Environmental Management System four times a year, mainly for the first time for new officers and staff to understand the environmental issues in the Angkor site. He continued that APSARA National Authority has signed with Japan Quality Assurance (JQA) from 2005 to 2022 for 16 years. The APSARA National Authority has received five certificates, one of which is valid for 3 years. In particular, the sixth certificate is waiting for the actual results at the end of April 2023, during which JQA will conduct an audit to review the implementation of the actual evaluation of the institution. Therefore, this workshop will benefit all participants to carry out their daily work properly according to the standard for the value of the Angkor site.
Mr. Prang Len, a trainee from the Department of Public Order, said that the workshop provides a lot of knowledge related to the environment and irrigation management in the Angkor area. The presentation is easy to understand and we will apply what we learn to daily work to be even better. He added that the environment in the Angkor site is a very important part to enhance the beauty of Angkor, attracting tourists to visit again and again.
Mr. Phoeung Sophan, a Tourism Agent, said that this workshop is important for daily life in the community and work. Environmental management must start with ourselves together, avoid a bad environment, and affect the value of the temple and the feelings of tourists. Mr. Sophan will also take the knowledge gained today to share with his working team and tourists to improve the environment at the Angkor site.
The workshop on the implementation of the Angkor Environmental Management System is presented by the experts of the APSARA National Authority on water management in the Angkor area, the environmental policy of the APSARA National Authority, and the Angkor site, and finally, questions and answers from the participants to raise different opinions and understand more clearly.
