នៅថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអង្គរ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា សហការជាមួយអង្គការមរតកវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធី អប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌ ដល់សិស្សានុសិស្សនៅក្នុងតំបន់រលួស មកពីវិទ្យាល័យហ៊ុនសែនប្រាសាទបាគងថ្នាក់ទី១០ និងថ្នាក់ទី១១ ចំនួន៣៥នាក់ និងបឋមសិក្សាលលៃថ្នាក់ទី៥ និងទី៦ ចំនួន៦៥នាក់ សរុបចំនួន ១០០នាក់។ គោលបំណងបង្កើនទាំងការយល់ដឹងពីតម្លៃសម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌ ការស្រឡាញ់មរតកវប្បធម៌ និងការចូលរួមថែរក្សា។
លោក អ៊ឹម សុខរិទ្ធី បុរាណវិទូ និងជាប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានឱ្យដឹងថា ការអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌ ចង់ឱ្យសិស្សានុសិស្សទាំងអស់ក្នុងសហគមន៍រស់នៅក្នុងតំបន់បេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោកខាងតំបន់រលួស នៅក្បែរប្រាសាទ ទួលបុរាណ មានប្រាសាទលលៃ ប្រាសាទព្រះគោ ប្រាសាទបាគង ប្រាសាទព្រៃមន្ទីរ បានស្គាល់ប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តភូមិស្រុករបស់ខ្លួន ដែលមានលក្ខណៈពិសេសលើសគេ ហើយការអប់រំនេះ នឹងធ្វើឱ្យកុមារយល់ពីទម្រង់ផ្សេងៗនៃបេតិកភណ្ឌ ជំរុញឱ្យពួកគេចេះពីបញ្ហាផ្សេងៗ យល់អ្វីជាការបំផ្លាញដល់សម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌ។
ឯកឧត្តម គឹម សុធិន អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ក្នុងចំណោមសិស្សានុសិស្សទាំងអស់នៅទីនេះ មានបង មានឪពុក មានជីតា ជាអ្នកជួសជុលប្រាសាទ ដោយហេតុថា នៅតំបន់រលួសនេះ មុនដំបូងគេហើយដែលមានអ្នកជំនាញជួសជុលប្រាសាទឥដ្ឋ មានបទពិសោធិន៍ជាយូរមកហើយជាមួយស្ថាប័នអន្តរជាតិក្នុងការជួសជុលប្រាសាទព្រះគោ។ ឯកឧត្តម រំលឹកថាអ្នកជំនាញជួសជុលប្រាសាទឥដ្ឋនៅតំបន់រលួស ធ្លាប់បានអញ្ចើញទៅបង្ហាត់បង្រៀននៅប្រាសាទត្រពាំងប្រាសាទ ខេត្តឧត្តមានជ័យទៀតផង។ ថ្មីៗនេះ ពួកគាត់ក៏បានចូលរួមជួសជុលប្រាសាទឥដ្ឋនៅស្រុកវ៉ារិនដែរ។
ឯកឧត្តម បញ្ជាក់ថា កម្មវិធីអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌនេះ ពិតជាល្អដែលបានបង្រៀនអ្វី ដែលដូនតាខ្មែរបានកសាង។ យើងទាំងអស់គ្នាពិតជាមានមោទកភាព ព្រោះយើងរស់នៅក្នុងតំបន់បេតិកភណ្ឌ និងជាអតីតរាជធានីបុរាណ មានប្រាសាទឥដ្ឋ ប្រាសាទថ្មតូចធំ ដូនតាខ្មែរមានបច្ចេកទេសខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងការសាងសង់។ តើហេតុអ្វីយើងត្រូវរៀន ត្រូវស្វែងយល់ និងថែរក្សាវប្បធម៌របស់ដូនយើង? កាលណាយើងរក្សាសម្បត្តិដូនតាយើង នោះដូនតាយើងនឹងតាមថែរក្សាយើងវិញ រស់នៅបានសុខសាន្តត្រាណ។ បើកាលណាយើងបំផ្លាញស្នាដៃទាំងនោះ ក៏នឹងត្រូវបណ្តាសាររបស់ដូនតាដូចគ្នា។ ដូច្នេះ សូមកូនក្មួយដែលជាសិស្សានុសិស្សទាំងអស់ កើត និងរស់នៅលើទឹកដីពិសិដ្ឋនេះ ខិតខំថែរក្សាមរតកនៅលើទឹកដីរបស់ខ្លួនឯង បន្តពីមួយជំនាន់ទៅមួយជំនាន់ទៀត។

On 09 February 2023, the Angkor Training Center of APSARA National Authority, in collaboration with the Khmer Cultural Heritage Organization, organizes a heritage education program for 35 students in the Rolous area from Hun Sen Prasat Bakong High School and 65 students from Lolei Primary School, a total of 100 students. The aim is to increase awareness of the value of heritage, love of cultural heritage, and participation in preservation.
Im Sokrithy, an archaeologist and director of the Department of Research, Training, and Communication of the APSARA National Authority said that the heritage education program is done to get all students who live near the ancient mounds, Preah Ko, Bakong, and other temples in the Rolous area, World Heritage site to know the history of their villages that are unique, and this program will make them understand different forms of heritage, encourage them to understand various issues, which is harm to the heritage.
H.E. Mr. Kim Sothin, Deputy Director General of APSARA National Authority, said that among all the students here, they must have family member, who are the ones to restore the temples because Rolous is the first area that we have experienced brick temple experts. They worked with international institutions to restore the Preah Ko temple. He recalled that the experts to repair brick temples in the Rolous area used to be invited to train at Trapeang Prasat temple in Oddar Meanchey province. Recently, they also participated in the renovation of a brick temple in Varin district as well.
H.E. Mr. Kim Sothin stated that this heritage education program is really good, and teaches what Khmer ancestors built. We are all very proud because we live in a heritage area and the ancient capital had brick temples. Khmer ancestors really used high technology in construction. We hope young generation in this area to preserve the heritage of their land from one generation to the next.
It should be noted that the heritage education program for students, in addition to teaching theory in the classroom, it also has study tour at the site, such as temples, museums, and ceremonies in the villages at the Angkor area, and provides knowledge through painting.
