Organizing the flow of tourists in the temples is a priority that APSARA National Authority always pays attention to ensure the heritage value, maintain order, and avoid any congestion as well as risk to the temple and tourists visiting the temples in the Angkor site.
The technical teams from the Department of Tourism Development and Culture are working to organize the flow of tourists at the temples by displaying general information signs, directional signs and prohibition signs, and other related signs at some important locations in the temple complex.
In addition, because all the ancient temples are thousands of years old, some places are broken, and some places are slippery. Especially on the stairs, the team made wooden floors and wooden stairs to facilitate the safe travel of tourists.
APSARA National Authority calls on all national and international tourists who visit the temples in Angkor to respect the Angkor Code of Conduct and other signs in the temples to ensure safety, dignity and increase the value of Angkor.
