នៅថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ លោកភ័ន ផល្លា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានរដ្ឋបាល និងបុគ្គលិកនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា តំណាង ឯកឧត្តម ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានចុះចែកអំណោយសប្បុរសធម៌ដែលជាជំនួយរបស់មូលនិធិចិនសម្រាប់ការអភិរក្សបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ (CFCHC) ជូនសិស្សានុសិស្សនៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សាល្បើក ស្ថិតក្នុងភូមិល្បើក ឃុំដូនកែវ ស្រុកពួក ខេត្តសៀមរាបសម្រាប់កម្មវិធីពេលព្រឹក និងនៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សាខ្នាត ស្ថិតក្នុងភូមិខ្នាត ឃុំខ្នាត ស្រុកពួក ខេត្តសៀមរាបសម្រាប់កម្មវិធីពេលរសៀល ក្នុងនោះសាលាបឋមសិក្សាល្បើកមានសិស្សចំនួន ២៩៨ នាក់ និងសាលាបឋមសិក្សាខ្នាតមានចំនួន ៣៥៩ នាក់ សរុបចំនួន ៦៥៧ នាក់។ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរានឹងបន្តចែកអំណោយសប្បុរសធម៌នេះ តាមកម្មវិធីដែលបានគ្រោងទុកជូនសាលាមួយចំនួនទៀត ក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ នៅថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា និងថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២២។

កម្មវិធីចែកអំណោយសប្បុរសធម៌នេះ ក៏មានការចូលរួមផងដែរ ពីសំណាក់លោកស្រី ជា សំនៀង មេឃុំដូនកែវ លោកឡឹក ឡូន មេឃុំខ្នាត លោកស៊ឹម ប៊ុនធឿន អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងដីធ្លី បេតិកភណ្ឌក្រុង និងសហគមន៍ លោកនាយកសាលាបឋមសិក្សាល្បើក លោកនាយកសាលាបឋមសិក្សាខ្នាត លោមេភូមិ
ល្បើក លោកមេភូមិខ្នាត និងមន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាពាក់ព័ន្ធមួយចំនួនទៀតផងដែរ។

សូមបញ្ជាក់ជូនថាមូលនិធិចិនសម្រាប់ការអភិរក្សបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ (CFCHC) បាលផ្តល់ជំនួយមនុស្សធម៌ជូនអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាចំនួន ២០០០ ឃីត ដើម្បីចែកជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងសិស្សានុសិស្សក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរចំនួន២០០០ គ្រួសារ ក្នុងនោះរួមមានសម្ភារសិក្សា និងសម្ភារការពារជំងឺឆ្លងកូវីដ-១៩។

APSARA National Authority distributed charitable donations from the China Foundation for Cultural Heritage Conservation (CFCHC) to students in the Angkor site

On November 29, 2022, Mr. Phorn Phalla, Director of the Department of Administration and Personnel, representative of H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of APSARA National Authority, distributed a charitable donation from the China Foundation for Cultural Heritage Conservation (CFCHC) to 298 students at Lobeuk primary school in Lobeuk Village, Daun Keo Commune, Puok District and for 359 students at Khnat primary school in Khnat Village, Khnat Commune, Puok District. APSARA National Authority will continue to distribute this charitable gift according to the planned program to some other schools in the Angkor site on 30 November and 01 December 2022.

The charity event was also attended by both Commune Chiefs, Mr. Sim Bunthoeun, Deputy Director, and both primary school principals.

It should be noted that the China Foundation for Cultural Heritage Conservation (CFCHC) provided 2,000 kits of humanitarian aid to the APSARA National Authority to distribute to 2,000 families in the Angkor site, including school supplies and materials to prevent Covid-19.
