នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ  ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានចូលរួមជាអធិបតីភាព ពិធីប្រកាសចូលកាន់តំណែងប្រធាន និងអនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។

មានប្រសាសន៍នាឱកាសនោះ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ  ភឿង សកុណា បានបង្ហាញអារម្មណ៍ចូលរួមអបអរសាទរដល់តួនាទីថ្មីរបស់មន្រ្តីអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។ លោកជំទាវបានចាត់ទុកភារកិច្ចថ្មីនេះ ថាបានបង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់ចំពោះការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងក្នុងការងារបស់មន្រ្តីគ្រប់រូប ក្នុងការបម្រើស្ថាប័ន។ តួនាទីជារឿងមួយ តែស្មារតី ការងារ និងក្ដីស្រឡាញ់ចំពោះការងារឯណោះទេ ដែលប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ចាត់ទុកថាជាបុគ្គលិកលក្ខណៈរបស់មន្រ្តីគ្រប់រូប ដែលទើបទទួលភារកិច្ចថ្មីនៅពេលនេះ។ 

សម្រាប់លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ  ភឿង សកុណា ស្ថាប័នមួយរីកចម្រើនទៅបាន មិនមែនដោយសារតែថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្រ្តីថ្នាក់លើទេ តែសុទ្ធសឹងកើតឡើងពីការចូលរួមពីបុគ្គលិក ឬពលករពីក្រោមទៅ ទាំងអ្នកជួសជុលប្រាសាទ សម្អាតបរិស្ថាន និងផ្នែកសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់ជាដើម ដែលមានចំណែកជួយឱ្យស្ថាប័នឬអង្គភាពមានភាពរឹងមាំរហូតដល់សព្វថ្ងៃ។

លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ  ភឿង សកុណា ក៏បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់មន្រ្តីទាំងអស់ ពិសេសមន្រ្តីទើបទទួលបានតួនាទីថ្មីនៅពេលនេះ ឱ្យបន្តខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងបន្តទៀត ដើម្បីអនាគតទៅថ្ងៃមុខ។ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានចាត់ទុកតួនាទីថ្មីនេះ ថាជាអំរែកមួយបន្ថែមទៀត និងកោតសរសើរចំពោះការលះបង់ដើម្បីអង្គរ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ  ភឿង សកុណា ក៏អំពាវនាវឱ្យមន្រ្តីទាំងអស់ ធ្វើការដោយស្មារតីសាមគ្គីគ្នា គោរពគ្នា និងយោគយល់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក  ដ្បិតថាគ្រប់គ្នាសុទ្ធតែមានបន្ទុករៀងៗខ្លួនដើម្បីបុព្វហេតុអង្គរ។ ភាពហ្មត់ចត់ និងច្បាស់លាស់នឹងការងារ ក៏ជាអ្វីដែលរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ភឿង សកុណា ផ្ដាំទៅមន្រ្តីគ្រប់រូបផងដែរ ដោយថា វាជាទុនសំខាន់ក្នុងការក្លាយខ្លួនជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំមួយរូបនាពេលអនាគត៕

H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona to attend the Appointment Ceremony of the Department Directors and Deputy Directors of APSARA National Authority

On 05 September 2022, H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the Board of APSARA National Authority, presided over the Appointment Ceremony of the Department Directors and Deputy Directors of APSARA National Authority.

Speaking on that occasion, H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona expressed her congratulations on the new Department Directors and Deputy Directors of APSARA National Authority. She considered this new task as a clear demonstration of the hard work of all officials in serving the institution. The position is one thing, but the spirit of work and love for work, which the President of the Board of APSARA Authority considers the personality of every officer who has just been assigned a new task.

H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona added that an institution can grow not only because of the leadership of high-ranking officials but also because of the participation of staff or workers, as well as temple renovators, environmental cleaners, and public order to make this institution to be strong until today.

H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona also encouraged all officials, especially those who have just been given new positions, to continue their efforts for the future. The Minister considered this new role an additional burden and appreciated the dedication to Angkor. In addition, she also called on all officials to work in a spirit of unity, respect, and mutual understanding, because everyone has a responsibility for the protection of Angkor. Thoroughness and accuracy of work are also what Minister Pheung Sakona instructed all officials to become a leader in the future.
