យុទ្ធនាការចុះវាស់វែង កំណត់និយាមកាក្បាលដី និងអត្តសញ្ញាណអ្នកកាន់កាប់ក្បាលដី និងសំណង់ខុសច្បាប់ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ជា សុផារ៉ា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងដែនដីនគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារតម្រង់ទិស លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ព្រមទាំងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមដោយរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ព្រមទាំងក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសទាំង៣២ក្រុមមកពីក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ និងក្រសួងវប្បធម៌និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ ប្រមាណជិត៧០០នាក់។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២២កន្លងទៅ ប្រមុខរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល បានសម្រេចបង្កើតសមាសភាពក្រុមការងារតម្រង់ទិស ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាសំណង់ខុសច្បាប់ និងដីធ្លី ក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ និងតំបន់ដទៃទៀត ស្ថិតក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដែលមានសមាសភាពមកពីក្រសួងពាក់ព័ន្ធមួយចំនួនមាន ក្រសួងដែនដីនគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ ក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ ក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ក្រសួងផែនការ អាជ្ញាធរខេត្តសៀមរាប និងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាផង ដើម្បីអនុវត្តដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាសំណង់ និងដីធ្លីក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ និងតំបន់ដទៃទៀត ស្ថិតក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរានេះ ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាព និងស្ថេរភាព៕

The government’s orientation commission to launch a campaign to identify squatters and illegal construction in the Angkor site and other areas under the management of the APSARA National Authority
On 17 August 2022, at the headquarter of the APSARA National Authority, the government’s orientation commission led by H.E. CHEA Sophara, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction announced the launch of a campaign to identify squatters and illegal construction in the Angkor site and other areas under the management of the APSARA National Authority from 18 August 2022 onwards.
The campaign to determine the norms of plots and the identities of the occupants of illegal constructions was highly chaired by H.E. CHEA Sophara, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning, H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, President of the Board of APSARA National Authority, with the participation of Siem Reap Provincial Administration, relevant institutions, and 32 technical working groups from the Ministry of Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning, and the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, approximately 700 People.
It should be noted that on 20 July 2022, the Head of the Royal Government decided to establish a working group to address illegal construction and land in the Angkor site and other areas under the control of the APSARA National Authority. Components from several relevant ministries include the Ministry of Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning, the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Planning, the Siem Reap Provincial Authority, and the APSARA National Authority to survey and measure the plots of lands and make statistics for the Angkor site and other areas under the management of the APSARA National Authority.
