ដោយមានការសម្របសម្រួលពីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ នៅទីស្នាក់ការអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ខេត្តសៀមរាប ឯកឧត្ដម  ស៊ុ ម៉ាប់ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ ឯកឧត្តម ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធ បានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយលោក Guillaume Roussy តំណាង Gourmand World Cook book Awards និងជាប្រធានក្រុមហ៊ុន LES VINS DE SAUMUR អមដំណើរដោយឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ ដាវិដ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ស្តីពីលទ្ធភាពរៀបចំកម្មវិធី Angkor Food Summit នៅចុងឆ្នាំ២០២២ខាងមុខនេះ ក្នុងទឹកដីខេត្តសៀមរាប។

ជាលទ្ធផលនៃជំនួបពិភាក្សានេះ ក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានគាំទ្រនូវគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមរបស់លោក Guillaume Roussy ក្នុងការរៀបចំកម្មវិធី Angkor Food Summit នេះ ហើយជួយជំរុញឱ្យការរៀបចំកម្មវិធីនេះទទួលបានជោគជ័យ។

គួររំលឹកផងដែរ កាលពីឆ្នាំ២០២១កន្លងទៅ សៀវភៅ កេរដំណែលស្នាដៃម្ហូបខ្មែរ ដែលបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិបានចូលរួមប្រកួតប្រជែងក្នុងកម្មវិធី Gourmand World Cook book Awards ដែលបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅប្រទេសបារាំង ហើយទទួលពានរង្វាន់សៀវភៅមុខម្ហូបអាស៊ីដែលល្អផ្តាច់គេនៅតំបន់អាស៊ី៕

On 21 April 2022, with the coordination of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the headquarter of APSARA National Authority, Siem Reap Province, H.E. Dr. SUM Map, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, H.E Dr. HANG Peou, Director-General of APSARA National Authority, and relevant officials meet with Mr. Guillaume Roussy, Representative of Gourmand World Cookbook Awards and President of LES VINS DE SAUMUR​ accompanied by H.E. Mr. PRAK David, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, on the possibility of organizing the Angkor Food Summit at the end of 2022 in Siem Reap province.

As a result of this meeting, the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts as well as APSARA National Authority support the Guillaume Roussy’s initiative in organizing the Angkor Food Summit.

It should be noted that in 2021, the Khmer cuisine book organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation competed in the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards held in France and won the cookbook award as the best Asian food in Asia.
