មន្ត្រី បុគ្គលិកនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា រួមជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានមកពីសង្កាត់ ឃុំ និងតំណាងរដ្ឋបាលក្រុងសៀមរាប ស្រុកប្រាសាទបាគង ស្រុកពួក ស្រុកបន្ទាយស្រី និងស្រុកអង្គរធំដែលមានភូមិសាស្ត្ររដ្ឋបាលក្នុងតំបន់១ និងតំបន់២នៃរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ប្រមាណជាង៦០នាក់ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលាស្ដីពីការគ្រប់គ្រងដីធ្លីតំបន់១ និងតំបន់២ នៃរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះរៀបចំឡើងនៅនាយកដ្ឋានសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់ និងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តនានាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការគ្រប់គ្រង និងប្រើប្រាស់ដីធ្លីនៅតំបន់១ និងតំបន់២នៃរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។

ឯកឧត្ដម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដែលជាអធិបតីនៃអង្គសិក្ខាសាលានោះ មានប្រសាសន៍ក្នុងពេលបើកសិក្ខាសាលាថា តំបន់១ និងតំបន់២ របស់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ គឺជាតំបន់សំខាន់ជាងគេ ដែលត្រូវការពារខ្ពស់បំផុត ព្រោះនៅរៀងរាល់ពេលបោះឆ្នោតម្តងៗ គឺពលរដ្ឋមួយចំនួនតែងតែឆ្លៀតឱកាស លួចសាងសង់សំណង់ខុសច្បាប់នៅក្នុងតំបន់ការពារទាំងឡាយនៃរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។ ហើយបញ្ហាបំពានទៅលើតំបន់ការពារនៃរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរទាំងឡាយ គឺទាំងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងទាំងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន ភូមិ ឃុំ សង្កាត់ ក្រុងស្រុក និងខេត្តសៀមរាប ត្រូវតែស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយទាំងអស់គ្នា ដើម្បីបញ្ជៀសនូវបញ្ហាទាំងឡាយដែលជាផលប៉ះពាល់ដល់តម្លៃលេចធ្លោជាសកលនៃរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។

អង្គសិក្ខាសាលាក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម ស៊ន់ សុជាតិ លោកជំទាវ ជា សុកនួន លោក សួង សុភា មេធាវីប្រចាំអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងបានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីឯកសារគតិយុត្តសំខាន់ៗជូនអង្គសិក្ខាសាលា និងពិភាក្សាអំពីតួនាទី កាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់ផ្នែកពាក់ព័ន្ធដើម្បីធានានូវប្រសិទ្ធិភាពការងារដោយប្រកាន់នូវគោលការណ៍ច្បាប់៕

APSARA National Authority and Local Authorities of Siem Reap province promote cooperation for the protection and sustainable development of zone 1 and 2 of the Angkor site

More than 60 participants of APSARA National Authority’s officials, together with local authorities from Siem Reap Municipality, Prasat Bakong, Puok, Banteay Srei, and Angkor Thom districts, which have administrative geography in zone 1 and 2 of the Angkor site, attend the seminar on Land Management in zone 1 and 2 of the Angkor site on 11 March 2022.

This seminar is held at the Department of Public Order of APSARA National Authority to disseminate laws and regulations related to land management and use in zone 1 and 2 of the Angkor site.

H.E Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director-General of APSARA National Authority, who chairs the seminar, said at the opening of the seminar that zone 1 and 2 of the Angkor site are the most important areas to be protected at all times. In each election, some citizens often take the opportunity to build illegal constructions in the protected areas of Angkor. “Now, the problem of encroachment on the protected areas of Angkor site, both the APSARA National Authority and the local authorities of the villages, communes, districts, and provinces of Siem Reap, must find a solution together to avoid any problems that affect the outstanding universal value of Angkor site.

The seminar is also attended by H.E Mr. Son Socheat, Lok Chumteav Chea Sok Nuon, Mr. Suong Sophea, Lawyer for APSARA National Authority, keynote speakers who present key legal documents and discuss the roles and responsibilities of relevant parties to ensure work efficiency by adhering to the principles of law.
