នៅសាលសន្និសីទអង្គរនៃអាជ្ញាជាតិអប្សរាបានបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញស្តីពី«បទដ្ឋានក្នុងការរៀបចំដីធ្លី និងការគ្រប់គ្រងសំណង់ក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ» ជូនដល់មន្ត្រី-បុគ្គលិក មកពីនាយកដ្ឋានសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការ នាយកដ្ឋានរៀបចំដែនដី និងគ្រប់គ្រងលំនៅដ្ឋានក្នុងឧទ្យានអង្គរ រួមទាំងនិស្សិតមហាវិទ្យាស្ថាបត្យកម្មនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនិងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ សរុបចំនួន១០០នាក់ នៅថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ មានគោលបំណង ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព និងផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងបន្ថែមដល់មន្ត្រី បុគ្គលិកនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងនិស្សិត លើការងារពិនិត្យវាយតម្លៃអំពីសំណង់ និងការស្វែងយល់ស៊ីជម្រៅពីបទដ្ឋានច្បាប់នៃការគ្រប់គ្រងសំណង់ក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ព្រមទាំងនិតិវិធីក្នុងការចុះសម្របសម្រួលការងារប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធិភាព ស្របតាមទិសដៅរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ជាពិសេសដើម្បីអប់រំ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយចំណេះដឹងដល់និស្សិតលើកិច្ចការរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងការគ្រប់គ្រងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក។

វាគ្មិនលោក ស៊ឹម ប៊ុនធឿន និងជាអនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានរៀបចំដែនដី និងគ្រប់គ្រងលំនៅដ្ឋានក្នុងឧទ្យានអង្គរ បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ៤ចំណុចសំខាន់ៗដល់សិក្ខាកាម រួមមាន៖ ១.ច្បាប់គតិយុត្ត(ការគ្រប់គ្រង និងប្រើប្រាស់ដី ការបដិសេធច្បាប់សាងសង់ ការអនុញ្ញាតច្បាប់សាងសង់) ២.សំណង់លំនៅដ្ឋានខ្មែរ(លក្ខណៈទូទៅនៃផ្ទះខ្មែរ ប្រភេទសំណង់នៃផ្ទះខ្មែរ លក្ខណៈបច្ចេកទេសនៃការសាងសង់ផ្ទះខ្មែរ និងការតុបតែងកែលម្អ) ៣.ការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរសំណង់ផ្ទះខ្មែរ និងទី៤. គោលការណ៍របស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងលំនៅដ្ឋានប្រពៃណីក្នុងឧទ្យានអង្គរ។

ក្រោយពីបានបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ទទួលបាននូវចំណេះដឹងនេះ ទៅអនុវត្តឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាព ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវបទដ្ឋានក្នុងការរៀបចំដីធ្លី និងការគ្រប់គ្រងសំណង់ក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ៕

APSARA National Authority holds a training course on “Standards in Land and Construction Management in Angkor site”

On 02 March 2022, APSARA National Authority holds a training course on “Standards in Land and Construction Management in Angkor site” for 100 participants, who are officials from the Department of Public Order, Department of Land and Habitat Management in Angkor Park including students of the Faculty of Architecture of the Royal University of Fine Arts.

The purpose of this training is to strengthen the capacity and provide additional knowledge to the officials of APSARA National Authority and students on the work of construction evaluation and understanding of the legal standards of construction management in Angkor site as well as the procedures for coordinating work effectively, especially to educate and disseminate knowledge to students on the work of the APSARA National Authority and the management of the Angkor World Heritage Site.

The speaker, Mr. Sim Bunthoeun, Deputy Director of the Department of Land and Habitat Management in Angkor Park, presents four main points to the participants, including 1. Legal law (land management and use, denial of construction, construction permit); 2. Khmer housing construction (general characteristics of Khmer houses, construction type of Khmer houses, technical characteristics of Khmer housing construction and decoration) 3. Changes in Khmer housing construction and 4. Principles of APSARA National Authority in managing traditional houses in Angkor Park.

After completing this training, all participants gain this knowledge to apply effectively to improve the standards in land and construction management in Angkor site.
