On 11 November 2021, on the occasion of the 41st Session of the General Conference of UNESCO at the UNESCO Headquarters, H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, Head of the Delegation of the Royal Government of Cambodia met H. E. Mr. Edwin Tong, Minister of Culture, Community and Youth of Singapore to discuss the potential future collaboration, particularly in cultural exchanges between both countries.
