APSARA National Authority reinforced the supporting structure of Ta Dong temple
The Department of Conservation of Monuments in Angkor Park and Archeological Prevention of APSARA National Authority has reinforced the supporting structure of Ta Dong temple from 24 to 31 July 2021.
Mr. Puth Soth, Technical Officer of the APSARA National Authority, said that having assessed the risks of Ta Dong temple, APSARA National Authority began to set up the emergency support along the eastern wall. In addition, the team also studied and proposed a restoration project to raise the value of the Ta Dong temple for next year’s plan.
Ta Dong Temple was built of bricks in the Kulen style during the 9th century.
