អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី៖ ការជួសជុល និងអភិរក្សប្រាសាទបុរាណ នៅតាមបណ្ដោយផ្លូវបុរាណខាងកើត(ថ្នល់បេង) ក្រោមកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង(Mekong-Lanchang ) រយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែកញ្ញាឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ស្ថិតក្រោមអធិតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករង តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងលោក LU Qizhi ប្រធានការិយាល័យកុងស៊ុលខេត្តសៀមរាប នៃស្ថានទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន  អ្នកជំនាញអន្តរជាតិមកពី៤ប្រទេសចូលរួម ដូចជាចិន វៀតណាម ឡាវ ថៃ និងអ្នកជំនាញថ្នាក់ជាតិ មានអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា អាជ្ញាធរជាតិព្រះវិហារ អាជ្ញាធរសំបូរព្រៃគុក មន្ត្រីមន្ទីរវប្បធម៌ខេត្តសៀមរាប ព្រមទាំងមន្ត្រីនាយកដ្ឋានគាំពារនិងអភិរក្សសំណង់ប្រាសាទចូលរួមផងដែរ។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ រៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍មួយចំនួនពីបណ្តាប្រទេសនៃអន្តរ តំបន់មេគង្គ ស្តីពីការភិរក្ស និងលើកតម្លៃនៃវត្ថុបុរាណចំប៉ាប្រទេស (វៀតណាម) ប្រាសាទវត្តភូ និងការអភិរក្ស (ឡាវ) ការអភិរក្ស និងការស្តារឡើងវិញនៃប្រាសាទភិម៉ាយ (ថៃ) ការអភិរក្ស និងជួសជុលប្រាសាទក្នុងឧទ្យានអង្គរ (កម្ពុជា) ព្រមទាំងផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹង និងបច្ចេកទេសជាក់ស្តែងទាក់ទងនឹងការអភិរក្ស និងភាពស្របច្បាប់នៃប្រាសាទ ថែមទាំងចែករំលែកនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ និងការអនុវត្តល្អៗ សម្រាប់ការអភិរក្ស ការធ្វើផែនការ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សម្រាប់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនៃតំបន់បេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌៕

The APSARA National Authority organized a three-day workshop titled “Conservation and Restoration of Ancient Monuments along Eastern Angkor Road,” held from September 2-4, 2024. This event was made possible through the special Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Fund.

Under the chairmanship of H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General of APSARA, the workshop featured participation from Mr. LU Qizhi, Director of the Siem Reap Provincial Consulate of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China. International experts from China, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand joined national experts from various Cambodian authorities, including the APSARA National Authority, Preah Vihear National Authority, Sambo Prei Kuk National Authority, and officials from the Siem Reap Provincial Department of Culture and the Department of Temple Protection and Preservation.

The workshop aimed to foster an exchange of experiences among Mekong Region countries regarding the conservation of significant cultural sites. Key topics included:

– Champa Artifacts (Vietnam)
– Wat Phu Conservation (Laos)
– Phimai Temple Restoration (Thailand)
– Angkor Park Temples Conservation (Cambodia)

Participants discussed practical knowledge and techniques related to temple conservation, legitimacy in restoration practices, and strategies for sustainable tourism development at cultural heritage sites.

This collaborative effort highlights the commitment of regional countries to preserve their rich cultural heritage while promoting sustainable tourism practices.
