អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា នាយកដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងទឹក ព្រៃឈើ និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ បានទទួលស្វាគមន៍ ក្រុមនិស្សិតជប៉ុនចំនួន៦នាក់នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ KOMATSU ដឹកនាំដោយលោកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ Kimura Makoto ដែលមានដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សារយៈពេល១០ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែសីហាដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
គោលបំណងទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះគឺស្វែងយល់អំពីបច្ចេកទេស និងបទពិសោធន៍នានា ក្នុងកិច្ចការងារគ្រប់គ្រងអភិរក្សរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរដែលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានអនុវត្តកន្លងមក។ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានរៀបចំមន្ត្រីបច្ចេកទេស និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ និងពន្យល់ផ្ទាល់នៅទីតាំងការដ្ឋានសំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួនដូចជា៖ បច្ចេកទេសនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងប្រព័ន្ធធារាសាស្រ្តបុរាណ មុខងារអាងស្តុកទឹក កសិន្ធុ បារាយណ៍ ការងារអភិរក្សព្រៃឈើ សត្វព្រៃ កិច្ចការអភិរក្សប្រាសាទបុរាណ សំណង់ស្ថាបត្យកម្មខ្មែរ ការងារគ្រប់គ្រងប្រើប្រាស់ដីលំនៅដ្ឋាន ជីវភាពរស់នៅ ទំនៀមទម្លាប់ប្រពៃណីខ្មែរជាដើម។
លោកឡៃ ប៉ូទី អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងទឹក ព្រៃឈើ និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធបានឱ្យដឹងថា អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ KOMATSU បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់គ្នាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៦ ស្តីពី «កម្មវិធីកសាងសមត្ថភាពនៅតំបន់អង្គររវាងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Komatsu University»។ មកដល់ពេលនេះជាលើកទី៨ហើយដែលសាកលវិទ្យាល័យKOMATSUបានដឹកនាំនិសិ្សតមកធ្វើការសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ការងារគ្រប់គ្រងតំបន់អង្គរដែលជាបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក។

The Department of Water, Forestry and Infrastructure Management of the APSARA National Authority welcomed a group of six Japanese students from KOMATSU University, led by Professor Kimura Makoto, for a 10-day study tour of the Angkor site from August 18 to 27, 2026.
The study tour aimed to provide the students with an opportunity to learn about the techniques and experiences developed by the APSARA National Authority in managing and conserving the Angkor World Heritage Site.
During the visit, APSARA National Authority technical officers and experts provided presentations and on-site explanations at several important locations. The students learned about the management of ancient irrigation systems and the functions of reservoirs, moats, and barays, as well as forest and wildlife conservation, temple conservation, Khmer architectural structures, land-use management, local living conditions, and traditional Khmer customs.
Mr. Lai Poti, Deputy Director of the Department of Water, Forestry and Infrastructure Management, said that the APSARA National Authority and KOMATSU University signed a Memorandum of Understanding on September 2, 2016, on the “Angkor Capacity Building Program between the APSARA National Authority and Komatsu University.” This study tour marks the eighth time that KOMATSU University has brought students to Angkor to study and gain a deeper understanding of the management and conservation of the World Heritage Site.
Professor Kimura Makoto said the program provides students with valuable opportunities to learn about heritage conservation practices that they can apply in Japan. He also noted that some international visitors may not fully understand local laws or cultural values, making Angkor an important example for students to study how heritage authorities address such challenges.
He emphasized that the students should not simply visit Angkor as observers, but should gain first-hand experience and share what they have learned in Cambodia with their friends, families, and communities in Japan.
