ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា គណៈកម្មាការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ សំណេរអង្គរ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ បានរៀបចំធ្វើសន្និសីទសារព័ត៌មានមួយ ដើម្បីត្រៀមរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍សំណេរអង្គរលើកទី៣ នៅមុខប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត ដោយមានការអញ្ចើញចូលរួម ពីឯកឧត្តម លឹម ប៊ុនហុក សហស្ថាបនិក និងជាអ្នករៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍សំណេរអង្គរ លោក សេង សុធារ៉ា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍ និងវប្បធម៌ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា រួមជាមួយតំណាងវិស័យឯកជនផងដែរ។
ឯកឧត្តម លឹម ប៊ុនហុក សហស្ថាបនិក និងជាអ្នករៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍សំណេរអង្គរថ្លែងថា ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍សំណេរអង្គរលើកទី៣ នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅតាមផែនការគ្រោងទុក គឺនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី១៨ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ខាងមុខ ដែលមានបេក្ខជន បេក្ខនារី និងបេក្ខសមណៈ ចំនួន១៨៦០អង្គ/នាក់ មកពី២៥រាជធានីខេត្តទូទាំងប្រទេស ចូលរួមប្រកួតប្រជែងសរសេរសំណេរ នៅលើស្ពានហាលខាងមុខប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត។ ឯកឧត្តមថា ក្នុងចំណោមបេក្ខជន បេក្ខនារី និងបេក្ខសមណៈ ទាំង១៨៦០អង្គ/នាក់ ដែលបានចុះឈ្មោះចូលរួមព្រឹត្តិការណ៍សំណេរអង្គរលើកទី៣ ហាក់មានលក្ខណៈវិសេសវិសាល ដោយឆ្នាំនេះ មានកុមារអាយុចាប់ពី៥ឆ្នាំ និងមនុស្សធំមានវ័យរហូតដល់៨២ឆ្នាំ រួមទាំងមានជនបរទេសផង បានចូលរួមប្រកួតសរសេរសំណេរជាសាធារណៈនេះ។
ឯកឧត្តម លឹម ប៊ុនហុក ថ្លែងបន្តថា សំណេរអង្គរ បានបើកទូលាយជាសាធារណៈ មិនប្រកាន់អាយុ ពណ៌សម្បុរ ឬមជ្ឈដ្ឋានសង្គមណាមួយឡើយ ព្រោះគោលដៅសំខាន់បំផុតនៃការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះ គឺចលនាមហាជនគ្រប់ស្រទាប់វណ្ណៈ គ្រប់អាយុឱ្យចូលរួម ដើម្បីបណ្តុះគំនិត ឱ្យចេះស្រឡាញ់ អភិរក្ស លើកស្ទួយអក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ។
លោក សេង សុធារ៉ា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍ និងវប្បធម៌ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានលើកឡើងថា សំណេរអង្គរ ជាកម្មវិធីមួយមានអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ និងជាការចូលរួមលើកស្ទួយអក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ ហេតុដូច្នេះការជ្រើសរើសទីតាំងស្ពានហាលខាងមុខប្រាសាទអង្គរ ពិតជាសាកសម ព្រោះអង្គរជានិមត្តរូបរបស់ជាតិ។ លោកថា សំណេរអង្គរ ក៏ជាការដាស់តឿន ជំរុញលើកទឹកចិត្ត ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរឱ្យចូលរួមអភិរក្សអក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ និងក៏ជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍មួយ អាចទាក់ទាញទេសចរជាតិនិងអន្តរជាតិ ឱ្យមកទស្សនារមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរឬចូលរួមផងដែរ។

In collaboration with the APSARA National Authority, the Angkor Dictation Organizing Committee held a press conference on the morning of January 3, 2026, to prepare for the 3rd Angkor Dictation Competition, which will take place on the causeway in front of Angkor Wat.
The press conference was attended by H.E. Mr. Lim Bunhok, Co-founder and Organizer of the Angkor Dictation Competition; Mr. Seng Sotheara, Director of the Department of Tourism Development and Culture of the APSARA National Authority; and representatives from the private sector.
H.E. Mr. Lim Bunhok announced that the competition will be held as scheduled on Sunday morning, January 18, 2026, with a total of 1,860 candidates from all 24 provinces and the capital participating. He highlighted that this year’s competition is particularly special, as participants range in age from as young as five to as old as 82, including foreign participants.
He emphasized that the competition is open to the public regardless of age, nationality, or social background, with the primary objective of encouraging people of all generations to cultivate their minds and to love, preserve, and promote Khmer literature.
Mr. Seng Sotheara noted that the Angkor Dictation Competition is a meaningful initiative that contributes to the promotion of Khmer literature. He said that holding the event on the causeway in front of Angkor Wat is especially appropriate, as Angkor is a national symbol. The competition also serves as a reminder and motivation for Cambodian citizens to engage in preserving Khmer literature and helps attract both national and international tourists to the Angkor site.
The 3rd Angkor Dictation Competition will be held at 7:00 a.m. on January 18, 2026, on the western causeway of Angkor Wat. Now in its third year, the event continues to attract large numbers of participants, including foreigners.
