នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១២ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា អគ្គនាយករង មន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិក បានដឹកនាំចុះសួរសុខទុក្ខដល់ពលរដ្ឋភៀសសឹកចំនួនប្រមាណ៤៩៨ គ្រួសារ ស្ថិតនៅវត្តរត្តនឧត្តមមុនីគិរីសែនជ័យ (ភ្នំកំបោរ) សង្កាត់សំរោង ក្រុងសំរោង ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ។
ក្នុងនាឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បាននាំយកនូវស្បៀង ព្រមទាំងគ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគ និងថ្នាំសង្កូវផង សម្រាប់ចែកជូនដល់គ្រួសារភៀសសឹកនីមួយៗ និងបានសួរសុខទុក្ខលើកទឹកចិត្ត រំលែកទុក្ខលំបាកពេលមានបញ្ហាឈ្លានពានពីសំណាក់ប្រទេសថៃនៅតាមព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ រត់ភៀសសឹករកទីសុវត្ថិភាពអស់រយៈពេលជាច្រើនថ្ងៃមកហើយ៕

On the morning of August 12, 2025, H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of the APSARA National Authority, along with Deputy Director Generals, officers, and staff, delivered essential food support to approximately 498 displaced residents at Wat Rattan Udom Monikiri Senchey (Phnom Kambor) in Sangkat Samrong, Samrong City, Oddar Meanchey Province.
During the visit, H.E. Dr. Hang Peou distributed food support, and medicine to each displaced family. He offered words of encouragement and solidarity, acknowledging the hardships faced by the residents due to the recent Thai invasion along the Cambodian-Thai border, which forced many to flee for safety over several days.
