នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ សវនករស្ថាប័នធានាគុណភាពជប៉ុន Japan Quality Assurance ហៅកាត់ថា (JQA) បានរៀបចំធ្វើសវនកម្មផ្ទៃក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថាន ISO 14001: 2015 ក្នុងបំណងដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់ថាតើប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថាន-អង្គរ បន្តអនុលោមជាប្រចាំ ស្របតាមស្ដង់ដារដែរឬទេ។
ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំពីមន្រ្តី និងបុគ្គលិកពាក់ព័ន្ធតាមនាយកដ្ឋានជំនាញ បានធ្វើឱ្យប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថាន-អង្គរ របស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បន្តមានភាពល្អប្រសើរ និងទទួលកម្រិតស្ដង់ដារពីស្ថាប័នធានាគុណភាពជប៉ុន JQAជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ហើយនេះជាឆ្នាំទី១៩ហើយ។ ឯកឧត្តមសង្ឃឹមថា ក្រោយពីសវនកម្មផ្ទៃក្រៅលើកនេះរួច អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា នឹងបន្តទទួលបានកម្រិតស្ដង់ដារផ្នែកបរិស្ថានបន្តទៀតសម្រាប់រយៈពេល៣ឆ្នាំ គឺចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដល់ឆ្នាំ២០២៧។
ក្នុងនាមស្ថាប័នដែលគិតគូរពីបរិស្ថានខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយករងបានបញ្ជាក់ថា អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បាននិងកំពុងធ្វើការភ្ជាប់ខ្លួនទៅនឹងការងារបរិស្ថាន ដែលជាគុណតម្លៃដ៏ធំធេងមិនអាចកាត់ថ្លៃបាន។ តំណាងឱ្យឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ក៏ដូចជាស្ថាប័នអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាទាំងមូល ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល បានសម្តែងការគោរព និងអរគុណជូនចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគ្រប់ជាន់ថ្នាក់ដែលបានបំពេញការងារប្រកបទៅដោយការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងមានការលះបង់ខ្ពស់ ចំពោះសកម្មភាពការងារដ៏មានតម្លៃមួយនេះ។

On February 25, 2025, Japan Quality Assurance (JQA) conducted an external audit of the APSARA National Authority’s Environmental Management System-Angkor, specifically assessing its compliance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard. This audit is part of a continuous effort to ensure that the environmental management practices at Angkor remain effective and aligned with international standards.
H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General of APSARA National Authority, highlighted that this year marks the 19th consecutive year the authority has maintained its certification from JQA. He expressed optimism that following the current audit, the authority would retain its environmental standard certification for another three years, extending from 2025 to 2027.
Mr. Kosal emphasized the importance of environmental stewardship within the APSARA National Authority, recognizing the dedication of officials and staff in enhancing the management system. He extended his gratitude to all leaders involved in this vital work.
During the audit, JQA representative Mamoru Yamada outlined key areas of focus, including:
- Review of internal audits and management reviews.
- Assessment of previous audits for non-conformities.
- Evaluation of APSARA National Authority’s responses to external feedback.
- Effectiveness of the environmental management system in achieving its objectives.
- Progress in continuous improvement activities.
- Regular operational management documentation as recorded in the environmental management book.
- Changes made to the management system.
- Appropriate use of registered labels and publication of registered information.
The audit is scheduled to take place over three days, from February 25 to February 27, 2025, involving four departments and one unit of the APSARA National Authority.
