ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ឆ្នាំនេះជាខួបទី៣០ឆ្នាំ នៃការបង្កើត អាជ្ញាធរដើម្បីការពាររមណីយដ្ឋាន និងរៀបចំតំបន់អង្គរ ហៅកាត់ថា «អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា» គឺថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៩៥-១៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ ដើម្បីអបអរខួបទី៣០នេះ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា នឹងរៀបចំពិធីសាសនា ដូចជាពិធីរាប់បាត្រព្រះសង្ឃ ១៣០ អង្គ នៅបរិវេណប្រាសាទបាយ័ន។
ថ្លែងនៅក្នុងសន្និសីទសារព័ត៌មាននៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ នៅខាងមុខប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត ឯកឧត្តម ហង់ ពៅ បានរំឭកពីការបង្កើតស្ថាប័នអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៩៥ និងតួនាទីសំខាន់ៗដើម្បីគ្រប់គ្រង ការពារ និងអភិរក្សតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ រហូតមានការអភិវឌ្ឍរហូតដល់សព្វថ្ងៃ។ ភាពល្បីល្បាញរបស់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ បានទាក់ទាញទេសចរអន្តរជាតិ និងជាតិ ជាច្រើនមកទស្សនា តំបន់បេតិកភណ្ឌមួយនេះ គឺមកម្ដងហើយចង់មកម្ដងទៀតដោយគិតតចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ២០០០មក រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ទទួលបានទេសចរអន្តរជាតិចូលមកទស្សនាប្រមាណ ២៨លាននាក់។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ មានឥស្សរជនជាតិខ្ពស់ជាច្រើនរូប បានមកទស្សនាតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរផងដែរ រាប់ទាំងព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ប្រធានាធិបតី នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ប្រធានស្ថាប័នអន្តរជាតិធំៗ តារាសម្ដែង និងតារាចម្រៀង។ ពួកគេទាំងនោះ បានចំណាយពេលដើម្បីចង់សិក្សាស្វែងយល់ពីភាពល្បីល្បាញនៃអាណាចក្រអង្គរ ទាំងពេលអតីតកាល និងបច្ចុប្បន្ន។
ក្រៅពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយក បានរំឭកពីកិច្ចការងារជាច្រើនដែលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានធ្វើកន្លងមក ទាំងការងារអភិរក្សប្រាសាទ ទឹក ព្រៃឈើ សហគមន៍ ទេសចរណ៍ និងថែរក្សាមរតករូបី និងអរូបី។ល។ ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យតំបន់នេះនៅតែរក្សាបាននូវកិត្តិនាមជារមណីយដ្ឋានបេតិកភណ្ឌមានជីវិត មានន័យថា ទាំងប្រាសាទ និងមនុស្ស អាចរស់នៅជាមួយគ្នាជាដរាប។

The APSARA National Authority is set to commemorate its 30th anniversary on February 19, 2025, marking three decades since its establishment in 1995. To celebrate this milestone, the authority will organize religious ceremonies, including offerings to 130 monks at the historic Bayon Temple.
During a press conference held on February 15 in front of Angkor Wat, H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, the Director General of APSARA, reflected on the significant role the authority has played in managing, protecting, and conserving the Angkor site over the years. He highlighted that Angkor Wat has become a major attraction, drawing approximately 28 million international tourists since 2000.
Dr. Hang Peou also noted the numerous high-profile visitors to the Angkor site, including kings, presidents, prime ministers, heads of major international organizations and celebrities, who have sought to learn about the rich history of the Angkor Empire. Furthermore, he emphasized the extensive efforts made by the APSARA National Authority in various areas such as temple conservation, water management, forestry, community development, tourism, and the preservation of both tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
He acknowledged the crucial support from international institutions and experts in training local resources to safeguard Cambodia’s cultural heritage. The ongoing commitment of APSARA aims to ensure that Angkor remains a living heritage site where both temples and communities can thrive together for generations to come.
