នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤នេះ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដែលដឹកនាំដោយឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យលោក ជា ខន តំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុន អិកស៍ ឃែភីថល អ៉ិនវេសម៉ិន និងជាអនុប្រធានសមាគមជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការកម្ពុជា-ចិន ដើម្បីបង្ហាញពីគម្រោងជួយជំរុញផ្សព្វផ្សាយវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តសៀមរាប ទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារប្រទេសចិន។
លោក ជា ខន តំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុនអិកស៍ ឃែភីថល អ៉ីនវេសម៉ិន បានលើកឡើងថា ក្រុមហ៊ុនស្នើសុំកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដើម្បីសុំគោលការណ៍ថតរូបភាព និងវីដេអូខ្លីៗនៅតាមតំបន់ប្រាសាទ ដើម្បីយកទៅផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៅក្នុងទីផ្សារទេសចរណ៍ចិនឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយ។ គោលបំណងសំខាន់នៃការងារនេះ គឺដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តសៀមរាប ទៅដល់ទេសចរចិន ដើម្បីជំរុញឱ្យពួកគេមកកម្សាន្តប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ពិសេសខេត្តសៀមរាប ដែលសម្បូរដោយប្រាង្គប្រាសាទបុរាណជាច្រើន។
បើតាមតំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុន ក្រោយពីថតរួចក្រុមហ៊ុនមានដៃគូសហការជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុនធំៗនៅប្រទេសចិន ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱ្យឆាប់រហ័ស និងទូលំទូលាយ ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាស្រូបទាញទេសចរចិនដែលជាទីផ្សារធំ មកកម្សាន្តប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
ឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងការងារនេះ ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល បានរីករាយចំពោះគម្រោងខាងលើនេះ គឺស្របតាមចក្ខុវិស័យរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក៏ដូចជាអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ក្នុងបំណងដើម្បីបង្កើនកំណើនទេសចរមកកាន់ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ពិសេសខេត្តសៀមរាបឱ្យបានកាន់តែច្រើន៕

On 05 September 2024, H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General of the APSARA National Authority, has granted permission to Mr. Chea Khon, Representative of X Capital Investment Co., Ltd. and Vice President of the Cambodia-China Cooperation Promotion Association, to present a project aimed at promoting Siem Reap tourism specifically to the Chinese market.
Mr. Chea Khon outlined the company’s proposal, which includes collaborating with APSARA National Authority to obtain permission for filming and creating short video content in the temple areas. The goal is to widely disseminate this content in China to attract more tourists to Siem Reap, a region renowned for its ancient temples and rich cultural heritage.
Following the filming, X Capital Investment plans to partner with major Chinese companies to ensure rapid and extensive promotion of Cambodia as a travel destination.
In response, H.E. Mr. Long Kosal expressed his support for the initiative, highlighting its alignment with the Royal Government’s vision and the objectives of APSARA National Authority to enhance tourism growth in Cambodia, particularly in Siem Reap.
