នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤នេះ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា តាមរយៈនាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បណ្តុះបណ្តាលនិងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ បន្តអនុវតកម្មវិធីអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌនៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សាក្របីរៀល ក្រុងសៀមរាប។ កម្មវិធីបង្រៀនថ្ងៃនេះ មានលក្ខណៈពិសេសបន្តិច គឺក្រុមគ្រូបង្គោលបានរៀបចំពិធីធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្តីពីបេតិកភណ្ឌហត្ថកម្មប្រពៃណីរបស់សហគមន៍ក្របីរៀល ដែលជាការផលិតរបស់របរប្រើប្រាស់ពីធម្មជាតិ មានផ្តៅ និងរពាក់ រំចេក និងវត្ថុធាតុដើមធម្មជាតិមួយចំនួនទៀត ដល់សិស្សានុសិស្សថ្នាក់ទី៥ និងទី៦ ចំនួន២០០នាក់បានស្វែងយល់អំពីមរតកដូនតារបស់ខ្លួន។

On 05 September 2024, the APSARA National Authority, through its Department of Research, Training, and Communication, continued its impactful heritage education program at Krabei Riel Primary School in Siem Reap. This session featured a special curriculum focused on the traditional handicraft heritage of the Krabei Riel community, specifically the production of natural products like rattan bananas and other materials. Approximately 200 students participated in this enriching experience to learn about their ancestral heritage.
Mr. Im Sokrithy, Trainer and Director of the Department of Research, Training, and Communication of APSARA National Authority, emphasized the program’s longstanding collaboration with partner organizations. The Heritage Education Program encompasses a wide range of topics related to culture, religion, and both tangible and intangible heritage, including educational visits to temples and museums. He noted that many families in the Krabei Riel commune continue to pass down skills in producing natural handicrafts, such as those made from rattan and banana leaves, which are integral to their cultural identity.
The sharing of experiences regarding the rattan weaving process serves to connect classroom lessons with real-world practices. This approach not only enriches students’ understanding but also empowers them to carry forward these important legacies into the future.
The heritage education program is crucial for residents of heritage areas, particularly the younger generation. It aims to instill an appreciation for cultural heritage, encouraging youth to understand its value and engage in its protection. By fostering a sense of responsibility towards heritage conservation, the program seeks to cultivate role models within the community who are committed to safeguarding their cultural legacy.
