នៅថ្ងៃទី០៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដើម្បីចូលរួមពិធី«យុទ្ធនាការដាំដើមឈើ និងស្មៅ ដើម្បីអភិរក្សរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ បេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក» អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានសហការជាមួយព្រះសង្ឃ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ សិស្ស និស្សិត មន្ត្រី បុគ្គលិក និងពលករ ចំនួន៣១១អង្គ/នាក់នៃសាលាគណរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ សមាគមសម្ព័ន្ធសារព័ត៌មានឯករាជ្យ(IPA) និងគ្រឹះស្ថានសិក្សានានាដូចជា ពុទ្ធិកសាកលវិទ្យាល័យព្រះសីហនុរាជ ពុទិ្ធកសាកលវិទ្យាល័យសម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន(ព.ស.ហ.ស) សាកលវិទ្យាល័យឯកទេសនៃកម្ពុជា(CUS) វិទ្យាស្ថានខ្មែរជំនាន់ថ្មី វិទ្យាស្ថានអាស៊ីកម្ពុជា តំណាងកាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជា តំណាងសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជានៃវិទ្យាល័យបាគង និងវិទ្យាល័យបាយ័ន បានដាំកូនឈើចម្រុះចំនួន១,០៤០ដើម និងស្មៅចំនួន១,០០០ម៉ែត្រការ៉េ នៅបរិវេណខាងជើងច្រមុះជ្រូកតាមវិថីព្រះនរោត្តម សីហមុនី (ខាងមុខប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត)។
នៅថ្ងៃដដែលនោះ ឆ្លៀតឱកាសក្នុងកម្មវិធីទស្សនកិច្ចនៅខេត្តសៀមរាប ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរខួបលេីកទី៣២ឆ្នាំរបស់ធនាគារកម្ពុជាសាធារណៈ ភីអិលស៊ី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ បុគ្គលិកចំនួន៥០នាក់ ក៏បានចូលរួមដាំកូនឈើ(ធ្នង់) ចំនួន៥០ដើម នៅខាងកើតដងស្ទឹងសៀមរាបនៃរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ដើម្បីលេីកកម្ពស់ស្មារតីចូលរួមថែរក្សាព្រៃឈេី បន្សល់ទុកជាស្នាដៃសម្រាប់ការងារសង្គម និងទុកជាអនុស្សាវរីយ៍នៃការចងចាំក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរផង។

On 4 August 2024, the APSARA National Authority collaborated with the Phnom Penh Monk Council and various educational institutions to launch a “Tree and Grass Planting Campaign” aimed at preserving the Angkor World Heritage Site. This initiative brought together 311 monks, leaders, teachers, students, and representatives from organizations such as the Independent Press Association (IPA), Preah Sihanouk Raja Buddhist University, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen Buddhist University, the University of Specialties of Cambodia (CUS), New Generation Khmer Institute, Asia Institute of Cambodia, the Cambodian Red Cross, and the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia.
During this event, participants planted 1,040 trees and covered an area of 1,000 square meters with grass along Norodom Sihamoni Boulevard, directly in front of Angkor Wat. The campaign not only focuses on environmental preservation but also aims to foster community spirit and social responsibility among participants.
On the same day, the Cambodian Public Bank Plc., 50 staff members, also planted 50 saplings in the east of the Siem Reap River of the Angkor site to raise the spirit of participation in the preservation of the forest as a work for social work and memories in the Angkor area.
