ខ្លោងទ្វារខាងលិច ក្នុងចំណោមខ្លោងទ្វារទាំង៤របស់ប្រាសាទបន្ទាយក្តី ដែលបានបញ្ចប់ការងារជួសជុលអភិរក្ស តាមបច្ចេកទេសអាណាស្ទីឡូ (Anastylosis) នៅចុងឆ្នាំ២០២៣កន្លងមក រួចផុតពីស្ថានភាពខូចខាតទ្រុឌទ្រោម ដោយពង្រឹងនូវគ្រឹះ ជួសជុលតួខ្លោងទ្វារដែលស្រុត ជញ្ជាំងហែក ហើយថ្មនៃរចនាសម្ពន្ធមួយចំនួនដែលរលុះធ្លាក់ត្រូវបានរៀបផ្គុំនៅទីតាំងដើម ផ្នែកខ្លះទៀតចាំបាច់ក៏ត្រូវប្រើថ្មថ្មីជំនួសដើម្បីភាពរឹងមាំឡើងវិញ។
បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះខ្លោងទ្វារខាងលិចនៃប្រាសាទបន្ទាយក្តី មានភាពរឹងមាំ និងសោភ័ណភាព ដែលវង់ភក្ត្រកំពូលខ្លោងទ្វារញញឹមសារជាថ្មីដោយស្នាដៃកូនខ្មែរជំនាន់ថ្មីក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។ សុវត្ថិភាពទាំងសំណង់ប្រាសាទបុរាណ និងភ្ញៀវទេសចរ៕

The restoration of the western gate of Banteay Kdei Temple, completed at the end of 2023 using the Anastylosis Technique, has transformed this historic structure. Once in a state of disrepair, the gate has been meticulously reinforced, with its foundation stabilized and collapsed stone structures reassembled in their original positions. Where necessary, new sandstone blocks were incorporated to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the restoration.
The result is a stunningly revitalized western gate that stands strong and beautiful, showcasing the craftsmanship of a new generation of Khmer restorers. Under the management of the APSARA National Authority, this project not only preserves the architectural heritage of the temple but also enhances safety for visitors exploring this ancient site.
