សិក្ខាកាមជំនាន់ទី២ ចំនួន២០នាក់ ជាមន្ត្រី-បុគ្គលិក របស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដែលសិក្សាវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញផ្នែកអភិរក្សថ្មប្រាសាទ ពេលនេះបានឈានមកដល់វគ្គផលិតកំបោរបាយអដើម្បីជួសជុលពង្រឹងថ្មប្រាសាទ និងចុះអនុវត្តផ្ទាល់នៅប្រាសាទបន្ទាយសំរ៉ែ។
កញ្ញា Helen JACOBSEN អ្នកជំនាញអភិរក្ស និងជាគ្រូបង្គោលអភិរក្សថ្ម ឱ្យដឹងថា វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដែលមានចំនួន១៣វគ្គនោះ បានឈានដល់វគ្គ១០ហើយ និងនៅសល់តែ២វគ្គទៀត ហើយនឹងមានការប្រលងបញ្ចប់នៅវគ្គ១៣។ ក្នុងវគ្គ១០នេះ សិក្ខាកាមសិក្សាពីទ្រឹស្តី និងការប្រើប្រាស់បាយអ។ កញ្ញា Helen បន្ថែមទៀតថា ដំបូងគឺឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមស្គាល់ពីអ្វីជាបាយអកំបោរ អ្វីជាបាយអកំបោរសើម បាយអស៊ីម៉ងត៍ កាវញីឈ្មោល Epoxy សម្រាប់តភ្ជាប់ថ្ម និងថ្នាំ Ethyl Silicate សម្រាប់លាយជាមួយបាយអ។ បន្ទាប់មកតម្រូវឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមចុះអនុវត្តផ្ទាល់ជាមួយថ្មប្រាសាទដែលរងការខូចខាត ពុកផុយ ស្នាមប្រេះ ការព្យាបាល ការការពារជម្រាបទឹក និងបច្ចេកទេសប្រើបាយអតាមស្ថានភាពខុសៗគ្នាពីកន្លែងមួយទៅកន្លែមួយក្នុងការងារជួសជុលអភិរក្ស។
បន្ទាប់ពីសិក្ខាកាមបានសិក្សាទ្រឹស្តី និងអនុវត្តនៅក្នុងការដ្ឋានដោយផ្ទាល់ សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ទទួលបានចំណេះដឹងកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ និងអាចផលិតបាយអសម្រាប់ជួសជុល ពង្រឹងថ្មដោយមានជំនាញច្បាស់លាស់។

A group of 20 trainees from the APSARA National Authority have been practicing mixing mortar for stone repair and strengthening as part of their training course on stone conservation skills. The trainees, who are officials and staff of the APSARA National Authority, are part of the second generation to undergo this training.
The training course, led by conservation expert and stone conservation trainer Ms. Helen Jacobsen, is currently in its 10th stage out of 13. In this session, the participants are learning about the theory and application of mortar. They are being introduced to different types of mortar, such as wet mortar, cement mortar, Epoxy for bonding stones, and Ethyl Silicate for mixing with mortar.
After learning the theory, the participants are practicing directly with damaged stones at the Banteay Samre Temple. They are learning how to treat decay and cracks, as well as techniques for waterproofing and using mortar in different situations.
Through this hands-on experience, the trainees are gaining a deeper understanding of the materials and techniques involved in stone conservation. They are developing specific skills in producing mortar for repairing and reinforcing stones.
The training course on stone conservation skills in the Angkor area is a collaboration between the APSARA National Authority and the GIZ of Germany. It began in mid-2022 and aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to preserve and protect the ancient stone structures in the region.
