នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ គណៈកម្មាធិការអន្តរជាតិ សម្របសម្រួល កិច្ចគាំពារ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ និងសំបូរព្រៃគុក បានចាប់ផ្តើមកិច្ចប្រជុំបច្ចេកទេសលើកទី៣៨ ដែលដឹកនាំដោយលោក TANINAI Ichitomo ជាអនុប្រធានបេសកកម្មនៃស្ថានទូតជប៉ុន និងលោក Pierre VINCENT ទីប្រឹក្សាទទួលបន្ទុកផ្នែកវប្បធម៌របស់ស្ថានទូតបារាំង ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើមសន្ទរកថាដោយលោក TANINAI Ichitomo ជាអនុប្រធានបេសកកម្ម នៃស្ថានទូតជប៉ុន លោកបានរំឭកពីការងារមួយចំនួនដែលជប៉ុនបានចូលរួម ក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរជាង៣០ឆ្នាំមកនេះ។ លោកបន្តថា ពីឆ្នាំ១៩៩៤មក ជប៉ុនបានសហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ជួសជុលការដ្ឋានមួយចំនួនក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។ សមិទ្ធផលដែលលេចធ្លោជាងគេ គឺការងារជួសជុលស្ពានហាលខាងលិចប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត ដែលមាន២ដំណាក់កាល និងត្រូវបានដាក់សម្ពោធជាផ្លូវការនៅខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣។
ជាមួយគ្នានោះលោក TANINAI Ichitomo ក៏បានរំឭកលើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនៅ រមណីយដ្ឋានសំបូរព្រៃគុកផងដែរ ហើយលោកថាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនឹងបន្តជារហូត ក្នុងបុព្វហេតុរួមចំណែកអភិរក្សសម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌកម្ពុជាឱ្យមាននិរន្តរភាព និងចីរភាព។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្រៅពីកិច្ចប្រជុំបច្ចេកទេសលើកទី៣៨នេះ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមីនា ក៏នឹងមានកិច្ចប្រជុំពេញអង្គនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការអាយស៊ីស៊ី-អង្គរ និងសំបូរព្រៃគុក ដែលកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះដឹកនាំដោយឯកឧត្តម Jacques PELLET ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋបារាំង និងឯកឧត្តម UENO Atsushi ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតជប៉ុន ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ មុននឹងមានកិច្ចប្រជុំផ្លូវការនេះឡើង ក្រុមអ្នកជំនាញការចំពោះកិច្ចខាងផ្នែកអភិរក្ស និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព បានចុះទៅតាមការដ្ឋានមួយចំនួនក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ និងសំបូរព្រៃគុក ដើម្បីត្រួតពិនិត្យការងារ តាមដាន និងផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍លើការងារទាំងនោះឱ្យស្របតាមគោលការណ៍ជារួមក្នុងធម្មនុញ្ញអង្គរ៕

On the morning of 14 March 2024, the International Coordinating Committee for the Safeguarding and Development of the Historic Sites of Angkor and Sambor Prei Kuk starts its 38th Technical Session, co-chaired by Mr. TANINAI Ichitomo, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Japan, and Mr. Pierre VINCENT, Counselor for cooperation and cultural affairs of the Embassy of France in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
At the beginning of the speech, Mr. TANINAI Ichitomo, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Japan, recalled some of the work that Japan has been involved in Angkor for more than 30 years. He said that since 1994, Japan has cooperated with the APSARA National Authority to work at some restoration sites in the Angkor area. The most notable achievement is the restoration of the western causeway of Angkor Wat, which had two phases and was officially inaugurated in December 2023.
At the same time, Mr. TANINAI Ichitomo also reminded the cooperation at Sambor Prei Kuk site and he said that the cooperation will continue forever in the cause of contributing to the conservation of Cambodia’s heritage to be sustainable.
It should be noted that in addition to the 38th Technical Session, on 15 March 2024, there will also be a Plenary Session chaired by H.E. Mr. Jacques PELLET, Ambassador of France, and H.E. Mr. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia. Before the formal meeting, a team of experts in the field of conservation and sustainable development visited several sites in the Angkor and Sambor Prei Kuk sites to monitor, review, and recommend the work following General principles in the Angkor Charter.
