នេះគឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃកិច្ចការអភិរក្ស ដែលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានអនុវត្តន៍ជាប្រចាំ ក្នុងគោលគំនិតដើម្បីថែរក្សា លើកតម្លៃប្រាសាទផង និងដើម្បីរក្សាសុខសុវត្ថិភាពដល់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរផង។

The restoration team from the Department of Conservation of Monuments and Preventive Archaeology of the APSARA National Authority is restoring and strengthening the second east gate of the Pre Rup Temple.
In this restoration work, the technicians carried out two main tasks: restoring and reinforcing the decaying brick towers, strengthening the sandstone and laterite structures below, and sealing the cracks and gaps to prevent water as well.
This is a part of the conservation work that the APSARA National Authority has been carrying out on a regular basis to maintain the value of the temple and to keep the tourists safe.
It should be noted that the Pre Rup Temple was built in the late 10th century AD 961 by Rajendravarman II, named “Siva Lok” to dedicate to Brahmanism.
