ពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ អ្នកបើករថយន្តគ្រប់ធុន និងរ៉ឺម៉កដឹកភ្ញៀវទេសចរខ្លះមិនព្រមចូលទៅចតយានយន្តតាមការណែនាំរបស់ភ្នាក់ងារសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាដែលប្រចាំការនៅទីនោះឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវឡើយ បែរជាទៅចតនៅតាមចិញ្ចើមផ្លូវដើម្បីចាំទទួលភ្ញៀវនិងចតខុសកន្លែងជាដើម។

អនុប្រធានក្រុមសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់ប្រចាំតំបន់អង្គរ កញ្ញា នៅ ចិន្តា បានឱ្យដឹងថា បច្ចុប្បន្ន បើទោះបីជាអ្នកបើកបររថយន្ត និងរ៉ឺម៉កដឹកភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាច្រើន បានយល់ដឹង និងធ្វើតាមការណែនាំរបស់បុគ្គលិកដោយចូលចតរថយន្តនៅក្នុងចំណតបានត្រឹមត្រូវក្តី ក៏ប៉ុន្តែ អ្នកបើករថយន្តជាពិសេស គឺរ៉ឺម៉កដឹកភ្ញៀវខ្លះ នៅតែមិនព្រមសហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរក្នុងការជួយរក្សាសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់សារធារណៈនៅឡើយទេ។ ក្រុមអ្នកបើករ៉ឺម៉កខ្លះ នៅតែចតរ៉ឺម៉កនៅលើចិញ្ចើមផ្លូវដែលជាកន្លែងហាមឃាត់ ដើម្បីចាំទទួលយកភ្ញៀវដែលចេញពីទស្សនាអង្គរ និងមួយចំនួនទៀត បានចតរថយន្តឬរ៉ឺម៉កនៅចំផ្លូវចេញ-ចូលរំខានដល់គេឯងជាដើម។
កញ្ញា នៅ ចិន្តា មានប្រសាសន៍ទៀតថា បញ្ហាមួយចំនួនទៀត គឺមានអ្នកលក់អីវ៉ាន់នៅក្នុងចំណតរថយន្តខ្លះតែងតែទៅចោមរោមភ្ញៀវ និងបង្ខំឱ្យទិញសម្ភាររបស់ខ្លួន ប៉ុន្តែ នៅពេលដែលភ្ញៀវមិនទិញគឺបានប្រើពាក្យសំដីមិនសមរម្យដាក់ភ្ញៀវថែមទៀតផង។ បញ្ហានេះ គឺជាទង្វើគ្មានសុជីវធម៌ដែលធ្វើឱ្យអ្នកទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិមិនសប្បាយចិត្ត។

APSARA National Authority calls on the drivers of tourist vehicles to maintain order in the parking.
Nowadays, some drivers of cars, vans, and tuk-tuks refuse to enter the parking properly according to the instructions of the public order agent of APSARA National Authority, but park on the sidewalk to wait for guests and park in the wrong place.
It is not only a bad example, but it also disrupts public order and causes traffic congestion on the roads, which can lead to accidents.
Public Order agent, Ms. Neou Chenda, said that although many drivers of cars and tuk-tuks carrying tourists understand and follow the instructions by parking properly, the drivers of some cars, especially tuk-tuks, still refuse to cooperate with the authorities to help maintain public order. Some tuk-tuk drivers still park their tuk-tuks on the sidewalks, which are off-limits to pick up visitors from Angkor, and some park their cars or tuk-tuks at the entrances and exits.
Ms. Neou Chenda said that some of the problems are that some shopkeepers in some cars often crowd customers and force them to buy their kinds of stuff, but when customers do not buy, they use inappropriate words against customers. This is an unethical act that makes national and international tourists unhappy.
APSARA National Authority urges all drivers of cars or tuk-tuks who have not yet followed all the proper guidelines, to please understand and cooperate with the public order agent there to park in the parking properly and orderly to maintain public order, as well as to help raise the value of the Khmer people and Angkor to be worthy of the most famous heritage in the world. All tourists who bring their families to visit Angkor have food cakes to eat in the Angkor Park area, please help keep the environment clean by eating and not throwing garbage or plastic bags in public places and Angkor Park. Let’s clean up the environment together for the beauty of Angkor and the pride of the Khmer nation.
