បន្ទាប់ពីបានចាប់ផ្តើមកម្មវិធីសិក្សា អស់រយៈពេល១១ខែ កន្លងមក នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៨ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣នេះ នាបរិវេណសាលាបឋមសិក្សាក្របីរៀល ក្រុងសៀមរាប អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានប្រារព្ធពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ស្តីពី៖ ការអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌ ដល់សិស្សានុសិស្ស ថ្នាក់ទី៥ និងទី៦ ចំនួន៤០០នាក់ នៃសាលាបឋមសិក្សា ក្របីរៀល សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំសិក្សា២០២៣នេះ។
អញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងឱកាសនោះ មានឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករង អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា លោកអ៊ឹម សុខរិទ្ធី ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងជាសមាជិកក្រុមការងារអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌ លោកអ៊ុន មណីនីតា ប្រធានអង្គការមរតកវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរ លោកនាយកសាលា លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ និងតំណាងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានជាច្រើនរូប។
ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ ក្នុងឱកាសសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយលោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ ក្មួយៗសិស្សានុសិស្ស ចំនួន៤០០នាក់ ដែលបានបញ្ចប់កម្មវិធីសិក្សាអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌថា កិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរៀនសូត្រ មិនថាកម្មវិធីរបស់សាលារៀន ឬកម្មវិធីអប់រំអំពីបេតិកភណ្ឌ ផ្សារភ្ជាប់ការទំនាក់ទំនង និងភាពស្មោះត្រង់ គឺជាស្ពាននៃការកសាងអនាគតដ៏ប្រសើរក្នុងថ្ងៃខាងមុខរបស់ក្មួយៗទាំងអស់គ្នា ដើម្បីក្លាយទៅជាធនធានមនុស្ស ជាអ្នកបន្តវេន មរតកវប្បធម៌ដែលបុព្វបុរសបានបន្សល់ទុក។ ឯកឧត្តមបន្តថា អ្វីៗដែលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានបំពេញក្នុងពេលនេះ គ្រាន់តែជាការចូលរួមមួយផ្នែកប៉ុណ្ណោះ ដើម្បីជំរុញឱ្យក្មួយៗទទួលបានចំណេះដឹង អំពីការចូលរួមការពារ ថែរក្សា និងអភិរក្ស សម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌរបស់ជាតិ។
លោក ផយ សារូ នាយកសាលាបឋមសិក្សាក្របីរៀល បានឱ្យដឹងថា ក្នុងរយៈពេល១១ខែ នៃការបង្រៀនកម្មវិធីអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌ និងកម្មវិធីចុះកម្មសិក្សា របស់ក្មួយៗសិស្សានុសិស្ស ពិតជាមានសារៈសំខាន់ខ្លាំងណាស់ ព្រោះទាំងនេះជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះដ៏ល្អប្រសើរ សម្រាប់ពួកគាត់ស្វែងយល់ក្នុងពេលអនាគត ក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកបន្តវេនប្រពៃណី មរតកវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរ។ លោកបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា អង្គការមរតកវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរ រួមទាំងអាជ្ញាធរពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដែលបានគាំទ្រក្នុងដំណើរការបង្រៀនកម្មវិធីអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌនេះ តាំងពីចាប់ផ្តើម រហូតដល់ បិទបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល។
សូមជម្រាបថា កម្មវិធីអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌ ពិតមានសារៈសំខាន់ខ្លាំងណាស់ សម្រាប់អ្នកដែលរស់នៅក្នុងតំបន់បេតិកភណ្ឌ ជាពិសេសសម្រាប់យុវជនជំនាន់ក្រោយ បានយល់ដឹង អំពីតម្លៃបេតិកភណ្ឌ និងផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់យុវជន បានយល់ដឹងនូវតម្លៃមរតកវប្បធម៌ បេតិកភណ្ឌ បណ្តុះគំនិតជាមួយនឹងបេតិកភណ្ឌ ឱ្យពួកគាត់ចេះស្រឡាញ់ និងចូលរួមថែរក្សាការពារ យល់ដឹងពីភារកិច្ច នៃការការពារ អភិរក្ស និងការងារគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងធ្វើជាគម្រូដល់សហគមន៍របស់ខ្លួន៕

After starting the curriculum for the past 11 months, on 08 November 2023, APSARA National Authority held the closing ceremony of the training course on Heritage Education 2023 for 400 students of 5th grade and 6th grade from Krabei Riel Primary School.
This ceremony was presided over by H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General of APSARA National Authority, Mr. Im Sokrithy, Director of the Department of Research, Training and Communication, the Heritage Education Working Group, Mr. Un Monita, President of Khmer Cultural Heritage Organization, school principal, teachers, and local authority.
H.E. Mr. Long Kosal said at the ceremony that the efforts of learning, whether school programs or heritage education programs are the bridges to build a better future for all of you to become human resources, the successors of the cultural heritage left by our ancestors. H.E. Mr. Long Kosal continued that everything that the APSARA National Authority has done so far is only a part of the participation to encourage children to gain knowledge about participating in the protection, preservation, and conservation of the national heritage.
Poy Saro, principal of Krabei Riel Primary School, said that during the 11 months of teaching the heritage education program and the internship program of the students, it is very important because these are the best foundation for them. Discover the future as a successor to the traditional Khmer cultural heritage. He thanked the APSARA National Authority, the Khmer Cultural Heritage Organization, as well as the relevant authorities for their support in teaching the heritage education program from the beginning to the end of the training.
It should be noted that the heritage education program is very important for those who live in the heritage area, especially for the younger generation to understand the value of heritage and provide opportunities for young people to understand the value of cultural heritage, and cultivate ideas with heritage for them to know, love and participate in the protection, understanding of the duties of protection, conservation, and management of the APSARA National Authority, and be a role model for its community.
