នាថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏មមាញឹកបំពេញភារកិច្ចនាទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ប្រទេសបារាំង ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងកិច្ចការងាររៀបចំផែនការនិងទិសដៅ១០ឆ្នាំបន្ថែមទៀតរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការអាយស៊ីស៊ី-អង្គរ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាកិត្តិយសក្នុងវេទិកាថ្ងៃនៃបណ្តាញក្រុមប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនិងសកម្មភាពវប្បធម៌(Journées du réseau des conseillers de coopération et d’actions culturelles) នៅក្រសួងអឺរ៉ុបនិងការបរទេសបារាំង។

ជាការផ្តល់នូវកិត្តិយសដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់និងតម្លៃមិនអាចកាត់ថ្លៃបាននៃការចូលរួមរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងសកម្មភាពកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនិងវប្បធម៌ លោកជំទាវ Catherine COLONNA រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអឺរ៉ុបនិងការបរទេសបារាំង បានថ្លែងនូវកិច្ចស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងរាក់ទាក់ជាទីបំផុតនូវវត្តមានរបស់លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា និងប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាទាំងអស់នាពេលនោះ ព្រមទាំងសម្តែងនូវការអរគុណដល់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាដែលមានឆន្ទះដ៏មោះមុតបំផុតក្នុងការសម្រេចបាននូវជោគជ័យដ៏ត្រចះត្រចង់លើការងារអភិរក្សនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ៕

On 21 July 2022, on a busy occasion in Paris, France, regarding the planning and the vision of ICC Angkor for the next ten years, H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the Board of APSARA National Authority was honored to participate in the forum on Day for Cooperation Network and Cultural Actions (Journées du réseau des conseillers de coopération et d’actions culturelles) at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France.

In honor of the invaluable contribution of Cambodia to its cooperation network and cultural actions, H.E. Ms. Catherine COLONNA, Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, warmly welcomed the presence of H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona and all Cambodian delegates at that time also expressed their gratitude to the Royal Government of Cambodia for its strong will to achieve great success in the work of conservation and sustainable development of Angkor site.
