APSARA National Authority’s officials to receive knowledge to determine the carrying capacity at the temples
Within the framework of implementing the tourism development plan in Angkor, the Department of Angkor Tourism Development, in collaboration with the World Monument Fund, presented and shared experiences on methods to determine the carrying capacity at the temples.
This presentation aims to share additional knowledge on how to organize the carrying capacity to avoid congestion in temples, maintain the value of World Heritage sites, ensure the safety of tourists and temples, as well as provide a good viewing experience for tourists.
It should be noted that the speaker is Ms. Ginevra BOATTO, Director of the Phnom Bakheng Project of the World Monument Fund (Wold Monument Fund) who has experience in organizing the carrying capacity of Phnom Bakheng since 2012.
