នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២នេះ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាសហការជាមួយក្រុមអភិរក្សថ្ម និងអង្គការ GIZ បានរៀបចំបើកវគ្គ បណ្តុះបណ្តាលមួយស្តីពី«ជំនាញអភិរក្សថ្ម»នៅសាលសន្និសិទអង្គរ ស្ថិតក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម គឹម សុធិន អគ្គនាយករង តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់អង្គការ(GIZ) ប្រចាំ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន មន្រ្តី បុគ្គលិក អ្នកជំនាញការជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិចំនួន៥០នាក់។
ឯកឧត្តម គឹម សុធិន អគ្គនាយករងនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី«ការអភិរក្សថ្ម»នេះ ពិតជាមានសារសំខាន់ណាស់សម្រាប់ការងារអភិរក្ស និងជួសជុលថ្មក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ហើយនឹងធ្វើឱ្យមន្រ្តី បុគ្គលិក ដែលបានចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ បានសិក្សាស្វែងយល់កាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅទៅលើការងារសង្កេតអំពីស្ថានភាពថ្ម និងចេះចងក្រងឯកសារជាដើម។ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយករង សង្ឃឹមថា សិក្ខាមដែលបានចូលរួមក្នុងវគ្គនេះ នឹងក្លាយជាធនធានមនុស្ស ដែលមានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការបន្តវេននៅក្នុងកិច្ចការងារអភិរក្ស ថែរក្សាថ្មប្រាសាទឱ្យបានគង់វង្សយូរអង្វែងសម្រាប់កូនចៅជំនាន់ ក្រោយៗទៀត។
នាឱកាសនោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តម គឹម សុធិន អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះអង្គការ (GIZ) អង្គការ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនានា អ្នកជំនាញជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិទាំងអស់ដែលបានចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចការងារអភិរក្សអង្គរ ជាពិសេស បានយកចិត្ត ទុកដាក់ក្នុងការឧបត្ថម្ភ គាំទ្រ សហប្រត្តិបត្តិការក្នុងកិច្ចការងារអភិរក្សរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ រហូតសម្រេចបានជាផ្លែផ្កាគួរជាទីកត់ សម្គាល់នាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី«ជំនាញអភិរក្សាថ្ម» មានរយៈពេល២ឆ្នាំកន្លះ ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្ទេរទាំងចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញអភិរក្សថ្មទៅដល់មន្ត្រី បុគ្គលិក និងភ្នាក់ងារឱ្យមានជំនាញច្បាស់លាស់លើការងារអភិរក្សថ្ម ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាព ខ្លួនក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវលើការងារអភិរក្ស និងជួសជុលសំណង់ប្រាសាទក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរបេតិកភណ្ឌពីភពលោក ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងមានគុណភាពមានការទទួលស្គាល់ទាំងកម្រិតជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ៕

After completing the interview on 10 June 2022, to select 20 candidates for the Stone Conservation Vocational Training Course, on 20 June 2022, the APSARA National Authority in collaboration with the Stone Conservation Team and GIZ holding a training course on stone conservation at the Angkor Conference Hall presided by H.E Mr. Kim Sothin, Deputy Director-General, Representative of H.E Dr. Hang Peou, Director-General of APSARA National Authority, GIZ, heads of departments, officers, staff, and national and international experts for a total of 50 participants.
H.E Mr. Kim Sothin said that the training course on stone conservation is important for the conservation work and stone restoration in the Angkor site and it will make all participants who attend this training course understand in-depth work, observe the condition of the stones, and be able to conduct the documentation.
He hopes that the participants will become experts who can take turns in the work of conserving and preserving the temple for future generations.
On that occasion, H.E Mr. Kim Sothin also thanked all the relevant organizations (GIZ) and national and international experts who participated in the conservation of Angkor, especially paying attention and the cooperation in the conservation until it achieves remarkable results today.
It should be noted that the training course on stone conservation lasts for two and a half years for all participants to have specific skills in stone conservation to develop their capacity for the conservation and restoration of temples in the Angkor World Heritage Site.
