នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២២នេះ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានអញ្ជើញចុះពិនិត្យមើលស្ថានភាពទូទៅ នៅសួនរុក្ខជាតិអង្គរ មុនពេលសម្ភោធដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការជាផ្លូវការ នាថ្ងៃទី០៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ខាងមុខ។
អមដំណើរលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ នាឱកាសនោះមាន ឯកឧត្តម ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយករង មន្ត្រី និងបុគ្គលិកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាមួយចំនួនផងដែរ ។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា ដើម្បីបង្កើនកិច្ចអភិវឌ្ឍក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ និងទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរផង អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានបង្កើតសួនរុក្ខជាតិអង្គរ ក្រោមទំហំផ្ទៃដីប្រមាណជិត១៥ហិកតា ដោយមានរៀបចំ ជាសួនសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើន។ ក្នុងនោះអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានដាំកូនឈើ និងប្រភេទរុក្ខជាតិផ្សេងៗ រាប់ម៉ឺនដើម មានប្រភេទរុក្ខជាតិសរុបជាង ៥០០ប្រភេទផ្សេងៗគ្នា។ នៅទីនោះក៏មានសួនសត្វ និងសួនរុក្ខជាតិសំខាន់ៗ ចំនួន៥សួន បានបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងរចនាបទបែបខ្មែរ រួមមាន៖ សួនឱសថនិងគ្រឿងទេស សួនផ្កាស្មៅ និងផ្កាចម្រុះ សួនអំបូរត្នោត សួនខ្មែរ សួនព្រៃឈើនិងសត្វព្រៃអង្គរជាដើម។ ដោយសួនទាំងនោះ មានភាពទាក់ទាញខុសប្លែកពីគ្នា ជាពិសេសមានដើមឈើនិងរុក្ខជាតិកម្រៗជាច្រើនប្រភេទ បម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍ខុសប្លែកពីគ្នា សម្រាប់មនុស្សជំនាន់ក្រោយ បានស្គាល់ និងការងារសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ៕

H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona inspects Angkor Botanical Garden before its official opening
On 05 May 2022, H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, President of the Board of APSARA National Authority, accompanied with H.E Dr. Hang Peou, Director-General of APSARA National Authority and the working tream inspecting the general situation at Angkor Botanical Garden before its official inauguration on 09 May 9 2022.
It should be noted that in order to increase the development in the area of Angkor site and attract tourists, the APSARA Authority has established the Angkor Botanical Garden under an area of nearly 15 hectares, with many important gardens. The APSARA Authority has planted thousands of seedlings and other plants, with a total of more than 500 different species. There are also five main botanical gardens and zoo established in the Khmer style, including: Medicinal and spice gardens, flower and grass gardens, palm gardens, Khmer gardens, forest parks and Angkor wildlife. These gardens have different attractiveness, especially with many kinds of rare trees and plants that serve different benefits for the next generation to know and research.
