នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣នេះ នៅក្តាបែន ខាងមុខប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត បានរៀបចំពិធីប្រុងពាលី និងបួងសួង តាមបែបសាសនា ដើម្បីសុំភ្លើងអាទិទេព សម្រាប់ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ស៊ីហ្គេមលើកទី៣២(32nd SEA Games) និងអាស៊ានប៉ារ៉ាហ្គេមលើកទី១២ (12th ASEAN Para Games) ឆ្នាំ២០២៣។

ពិធីនេះប្រារព្ធឡើង ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ថោង ខុន ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសហព័ន្ធកីឡាអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងជារដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ឯកឧត្តម ខៀវ កាញារីទ្ធ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងព័ត៌មាន ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា តំណាងអាជ្ញាធរខេត្តសៀមរាប ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ អ្នកមុខអ្នកការជាច្រើនរូបទៀត។

សូមជម្រាបថា ក្នុងនាមជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះរៀបចំ ការប្រកួតកីឡាអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍លើកទី៣២ និងកីឡាអាស៊ានប៉ារ៉ាហ្គេម លើកទី១២នាពេលខាងមុខនេះ កម្ពុជាក៏បានចាប់ផ្តើមរៀបចំ ព្រះរាជពិធីសុំព្រះអគ្គិកីឡា ពីព្រះអាទិទេព សម្រាប់ព្រះអគ្គិកីឡាអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងកីឡាអាស៊ានប៉ារ៉ាហ្គេម នៅថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ស្អែកនេះ នៅប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត។ ក្រោមព្រះរាជាធិបតីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ព្រះករុណាជាអម្ចាស់ជីវិតលើត្បូង ព្រះបាទសម្តេចព្រះបរមនាថ នរោត្តមសីហមុនី ព្រះមហាក្សត្រនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងរៀបចំពិធីរត់ដង្ហែព្រះអគ្គិកីឡានេះ នៅតាមបណ្តាប្រទេសក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន និងនៅតាមបណ្តាខេត្តមួយចំនួន ក្នុងប្រទេសផងដែរ៕

On the morning of 20 March 2023, in front of Angkor Wat, a praying ceremony for happiness was held to prepare for the 32nd SEA Games and the 12th ASEAN Para Games 2023.

The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Dr. Thong Khon, President of the Council of the Southeast Asian Sports Federation and Minister of Tourism, H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the Board of APSARA National Authority, H.E. Khieu Kanharith, Minister of Information, H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of APSARA National Authority, Representative of Siem Reap Provincial Authority, Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, and many other officials.

It should be noted that as the host of the 32nd Southeast Asian Games and the 12th ASEAN Para Games soon, Cambodia has also started to organize the Torch Lighting Ceremony on 21 March 2023 at Angkor Wat that will be presided over by His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, as well as organizing the procession in the ASEAN countries and some provinces in The country as well.
