សិក្ខាកាមនៃកម្មវិធីបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលភាសាអង់គ្លេសលើផ្នែកស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអភិរក្ស ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានចុះកម្មសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ពីកិច្ចការមួយចំនួននៅប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត។
លោកស្រីសាស្រ្ដាចារ្យ Barbara Anello គ្រូបង្រៀនភាសាអង់គ្លេសលើវិស័យបេតិកភណ្ឌរបស់ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ប្រាប់ថា នេះជាកម្មវិធីពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្រ្តី និងបុគ្គលិកអាជ្ញាធរ ដែលមកពី ផ្នែកសារមន្ទីរ វប្បធម៌ ពិសេសផ្នែកអភិរក្ស និងជួសជុល។ កម្មវិធីសិក្សានេះ ផ្តោតសំខាន់លើការពង្រឹង សមត្ថភាពភាសាអង់គ្លេសលើជំនាញបច្ចេកទេស។
លោកស្រីបន្តថា កម្មវិធីបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ រៀបចំឡើងដោយសារនាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដែលទទួលបានថវិកាពីស្ថានទូតអាមេរិកប្រចាំកម្ពុជា។ សិក្ខាកាមចូលរួមមានមន្រ្តី បុគ្គលិកនៅអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា អាជ្ញាធរជាតិព្រះវិហារ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិសម្បូរព្រៃគុក និងសារមន្ទីរជាតិអង្គរ ដែលមានការសិក្សាផ្ទាល់ និងតាមអនឡាញ។
នៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ សិក្ខាកាមបានចុះស្វែងយល់ពីកិច្ចការមួយចំនួននៅប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត។ ទីនោះ មានលោក ឡុង ណារី មន្រ្តីផ្នែកអភិរក្សអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ពន្យល់ពីការអភិរក្សលោកតារាជ បណ្ណាល័យខាងជើង និងគម្រោងអភិរក្សរបស់អាល្លឺម៉ង់។
អ្នកស្រី ហ៊ិន ចាន់តារា បុគ្គលិកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងជាសិក្ខាកាមមួយរូបបាននិយាយថា វគ្គសិក្សានេះបានជួយឱ្យអ្នកស្រីមានចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកភាសាអង់គ្លេសជំនាញ រួមបញ្ចូលនឹងចំណេះដឹងផ្នែក បេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌។ អ្នកស្រីថា វគ្គពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពនេះនឹងជួយមន្រ្តី បុគ្គលិកអាជ្ញាធរមានដើមទុន សម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃ ការសិក្សាស្រាវ និងចងក្រងជាសៀវភៅជុំវិញកិច្ចការដែលពួកគេកំពុងធ្វើរាល់ថ្ងៃបានផងដែរ៕

Participants of the English training program on Research and Conservation organized by the APSARA National Authority went on-site visit to learn about some restoration work at Angkor Wat.
Professor Barbara Anello, a teacher of English in the field of the heritage of the APSARA National Authority, said this was a program to strengthen the capacity of officials and staff from the office of the Museum, and Culture, especially in the field of conservation and restoration. This curriculum focused on strengthening English language skills on technical skills.
She said that this training program was organized by the Department of Research, Training, and Communication of APSARA National Authority, which received funding from the US Embassy in Cambodia. Participants include staff members of the APSARA National Authority, the Preah Vihear National Authority, the Sambor Prei Kuk National Authority, and the Angkor National Museum, who has studied in the classroom and online.
On 16 March 2023, participants went on-site visit to learn about some restoration work at Angkor Wat. There, Mr. Long Nary, Conservation Officer of APSARA National Authority, explained the conservation work of Ta Reach, North Library, and the German Conservation Project.
Hin Chandara, a staff of the APSARA National Authority and a trainee said that the course helped her gain knowledge of English skills combined with knowledge of cultural heritage. She added that this program would help officials and staff have the capital to use in daily work, study, research and compile a book of the work that they are doing every day.
